This Stream Dock is not a real Stream Deck and does not support all of the features. It looks like the developers copy Stream Deck plugins against the will of real Stream Deck developers which is not cool.

I was super excited for this. It's so very pretty and looks like it would work great. I wanted a stream deck more than anything but didn't want to spend a bunch of money getting a really good one that's name-brand. Sadly as nice as this looks it's a pain to get running. I couldn't get the software to download correctly. It gives you a link and should download automatically but it never did for me. However it did bring me to their form which I tried to get help on there. I joined their discord server and asked for help to get it running but a few minutes later I was booted from there. All I wanted was some help with downloading the software and getting it running. :c But no go. I know some people got theirs working which I'm super jealous! Whoever else buys this I wish you the best and hope that you can get it working.

This is an OK poor man's Stream Deck. It will do the basics just fine like actuating hotkeys, clicking mouse in specific coordinates, giving you some widgets on the sidebar etc but the software is definitely not as refined and supported as the popular brand-name version. One oddity is the timezone setting appears to be very China focused as it references what I can only guess are their zone naming conventions and does not appear to have any support for daylight saving time as I had to set it 1 hour off zone since we are in Daylight Saving Time right now. Button background graphics are pretty easy to modify with your own custom versions. Overall the software feels a bit lacking in featureset though and awkward in a few areas. It gets the job done but isn't stellar. Compared to the name-brand version the buttons have a similar feel and actuation. There were times when I thought I pressed but it didn't seem to recognize but for the most part they worked fine. The included base pressure fits, no fancy magnetic snap when putting it in the base (I don't really care). The base has 4 small rubber feet which I think are not sufficient when you're pressing buttons. Additional grip on your table may be needed but that's a pretty simple fix.
