The sound is decent, though sometimes I feel the volume could be a bit louder—especially when there’s background noise. This wireless portable phone arrived very quickly. So far the battery life has been great and it was super easy to follow the directions and plug this base in to charge the battery. It comes with two AAA batteries as well.

The directions are very hard to follow on how to set up your phone ie: ring tone, date/time, personal vm, speaker etc. Directions need to be more clear because the buttons on the phone are not specifically labeled, all the buttons have pictures that don’t match what you’re trying to set.
