  • What a blast!
My husband is very pleased with his ebike. It arrived in a timely fashion, was as advertised, and he is having a blast! While he is not very tall and the bike is heavier than a conventional bike he has no problem riding and controlling it. We have had need to contact seller and they have responded immediately. We are very happy with our purchase and are considering a second bike so we can ride together. ... show more

  • The XF800 life we love it
I bought my wife a xf800 and she loved it, so I bought another and both bikes arrived quickly and easy assembly. Thanks to the Cyrusher support team for great customer service and replacement of my faulty bike computer. Great battery life we are easily getting 30miles with half a charge left.

  • don't do it
the price is nice but if you have a problem - forget about any help. My friend had a bad battery on delivery and it took months to get it replacedd after a ludicrous series of tests they had to make. After it was replaced they gave me the bad battery to see if I could tell what was wrong. I have it apart testing and have not found the problem. I noticed they are using no-name Chinease cells rather than LG or Samsung. I bought a different bike elswhere and was supplied with Samsung cells. ... show more

  • Great ride and easy to operate.
I was shocked when I first put this bike together. I thought I was way too big but not. It's just right for me at 5'11". Good exercise with or witout the battery power. My battery life is much longer than I expected... I guess it may be do to the fact that I keep pushing unless I'm realy exhausted. Good eBike. This is my first one so I can't say it the best one out there but I can say it's a strong contender in it's price range. ... show more

  • Powerful nice bike
I am impressed with this bike and ride it every day. Although, the motor cooling system mount fell off after a few days. I had to reattach it with a different set of screws than were provided. Other than that, it's great.

  • This company does not honor Warranty
I purchased a Cyrusher bike, it quit working after 1 year with 126 miles. Contacted the company and got the run around. They do not honor any warranty, donโ€™t but from this company, I am out $2k, hoping others donโ€™t make the same mistake

  • Great for Cruising
I'm 6' 3" @ 300 lbs. I'm 54 and have a torn meniscus in my left knee. Legs aren't that great due to heavy labor jobs while younger. Very stiff when I get up in the morning but I have no problem riding this bike for long distances. For sizing, the top tube comes right up to my crotch. With my feet on the ground, there's maybe an inch of space from the top tube. Had to replace the seat as it was too small for me. Got a little larger one with a flashing light from Cyrusher's site and it was perfect. WAY more comfortable. I've stripped the bike down to bare metal and put it back together again. I added a riser to the steering tube because I was too tall for the shorter one and had to bend way over while riding, which is uncomfortable for me. I'm not racing or off roading but instead just cruising and didn't like the angle I had to ride at with the original riser. My route only includes low to medium grade hills. Took the tires off the rims twice to replace tubes from punctures, which was very easy to do and is a frequent task with bicycles. Putting the tires back on required several tries as I didn't realize the fork ends change a little when you pull the tire off, so when you put the tires back on, you have to play with the fork ends to get the width right again. You do have to disconnect the rear tire's power plug for the controller when you remove the back tire however. After you do it once, it's easy to do it again. I put 700 miles on it in 39 days. The brakes still have plenty of pad left and are a no brainier to change when the time comes. You just pull the cotter pin, pull out the old pads, which have a spring in the middle and replace with like brake pads and spring. The only tool you need to change the brake pads are needle nose pliers. The bottom bracket is a sealed, square taper type and feels brand new after 700 miles. It did come loose a little after a couple hundred miles but was easy to tighten back up because I bought all of the tools I needed to do my own maintenance. This is the first bike I've had in many years, so the tools you need are specialized and I chose to buy the repair kit from Cyrusher's website, which had almost everything needed to repair/maintain the bike. The rear hub motor is maintenance free, so not much to worry about there. The hydraulic disk brakes are perfect for such a heavy bike. This is a monster bike in terms of weight and it just gets heavier as you add bike bags, tools, spare tube, water, air pump, etc. Mine is probably over 70 lbs now. For comparison purposes, a non electric, normal tire, mid grade mountain bike is around 22 lbs. A mid grade non-mtb road bike is around 17 lbs. I love this bike. I take it out for around 2 to 3 hours per day either in the early morning or late afternoon when the UV index is lowest. Because it has a full suspension, bumps aren't a big issue. I ride anywhere from 20 to 30 miles per day. I pedal the whole time unless I'm going downhill and the lowest the voltage I've reached is 45v. Fully charged, it reads 52.3v. I'm not sure how low you can go on the voltage because I've never gotten there. The battery meter on the cockpit display isn't reliable nor are the lights on the battery itself, so I use the cockpit display of the volts to get an idea of when to go home. On flat surfaces, I'm in PAS level 2 or 3 depending upon how I feel. I have to work a good bit to get up high grade hills even at PAS level 5. I keep everything clean and lubed and with the exception of the bottom bracket loosening a little after a couple hundred miles, I haven't had any problems with the bike at all. In other words, the only problems I've had are normal wear and tear/normal maintenance problems. I did realign the rear derailleur myself after watching YouTube videos on the process as I didn't like how it came and because that's a part of normal maintenance too. Over time, stuff just needs to be realigned and tightened. If you don't learn to do it yourself, you're going to get gouged on repair costs. Watched a bunch of YouTube videos so I could strip the bike down and put it back together again from scratch, which saves huge $$$ over professional repair shops. It did take me several hours of experimentation to learn everything I needed to know however. I don't write reviews very often but I did here because I love my new bike. For the type of riding I do, it's perfect and I couldn't have made a better buy at a better price. ... show more
