I didn't know what to really expect from a vertical bike stand, as this was going to be a gift for the bike rider in my life. But honestly, it's pretty amazing! It was effortless to assemble with clear instructions, marked packaging for each part, and it even came with all tools needed AND extras (including a spare bolt just in case! Also 2 Allen keys for properly tightening both sides easily...wow! I knew then I was going to be writing this lol!) I was nervous because it was a long day and I was rushing to assemble it before dark to show the recipient-- I finished in moments, adjusted it to his bike, and was able to do the big reveal! Though outdoors on a somewhat battered cement plank- it's incredibly stable and adjustable to make up for the unevenness of the ground below. He even can continue to use his cover while it's on the stand being stored, which was super important considering it is outside after all. I was looking at a few models and almost went with a slightly cheaper one that had a few negative comments. I'm so glad I paid the extra $10 for this one!! It's awesome and such a great buy! If I had a bike myself I'd get another! And most importantly, it left the recipient speechless at how sturdy and space saving it was. 10/10! ... show more

Stand comes w/some portions pre-assembled. Adjustable for wheel and bike size. Good finish on all parts w/needed wrenches (for top tire hook), hex keys, and screws provided. If your living area is tight on space this is the perfect solution. You can slide this into the corner and edge bookcases/shelving right up next to it leaving minimal (pedal to pedal width) opening. For me this was only 14 inches/35cm. For those with constrained height requirements, my bike has 700 tires on large frame, and stand + bike = 71.5 inches/182cm final height. The tire hook is coated w/rubberized protectant so it will not scratch your rim. Let gravity do the work. Pull up the handlebars and roll the bike in. With the weight off the front, turning the front wheel and hooking it is effortless. With the product quality and price you cannot go wrong here. ... show more

This is the perfect bike stand. If you don’t have a lot of room, you can roll your back wheel right into it and hook it to the front wheel. The assembly is easy the directions are good ….even I was able to put it together. The other people now my bike is standing up on my deck next to my sectional and it’s out-of-the-way! Compared to the similar products, this product comes with a very good and fair price. I use it for holding my bike vertically inside my house, so that the dusty tires won't touch the floor. My XXL bike is so stable in this position and fits in the adjustable wheel zones, and this is what I love about this product. The stand works great. It was easy to put together, included all the tools and is more stable than I expected. I was worried it might tip forwards and fall, but the bike leans back keeping the center of gravity away from the front edge.

This bicycle stand fits my needs for my old 15-speed (15 slow speeds!) Schwinn Passage touring bike. It is stable enough, assembly went fairly well (be patient), and it strikes me as a little odd that two of the three criteria here are "Stability" and "Sturdiness". What's the difference? This bike will be replaced by a hybrid (streets and trails) and this stand should be just fine for the new bike. I am quite satisfied with this purchase. ... show more

The good: it seems to hold my bikes in position well, without me worrying that they'll fall. It's stable. Saves some space compared to the horizonal position (I'd say the length of the necessary space is decreased by about 30% ) The bad: some components don't fit perfectly, which makes assembly a struggle. When some pipes have to be inserted into each other, the smaller one is like 1mm too big. I feel like they didn't account for the paint. I had to file down some parts to make them fit.. Other: I wish it had wheels to make it moving around easier. ... show more
