I've had this bike for a month and like the details put into this bike. With the center position dual batteries it hugs the pavement and dirt roads. It has a soft start which encourages the rider to PAS to get it up to higher speeds quickly. I gets up to 28mph and can stay at this speed on flat to moderate rolling roads. I use the pedals to maximize its range and with PAS got 46 miles with the dual 13ah batteries at voltage of 44.2 or about 30% battery left. Its a good bike with a good distance range. The frame and suspension works well but recommend loosening the rear shock adjuster ring if you weigh less than 180lbs. Rear brake light and turn signals are great, also alot of ebikes to not give a voltage reading on the screen but this one does. Way better than a battery charge % gauge. Unfortunately, I'll start by saying i had to file for an instant return. (Super bummed) BUT... based on customer service? Id give the company 10 stars for that. So, I got as a gift, before we had our big family cross country travel trip so my grandson could ride around and have fun during this trip. It came partially assembled (as stated), but when we went to assemble the front wheel we noticed the front fork was COMPLETELY unaligned.. which was why we spent over an hour trying, but still couldn't get the wheel on. And once you stood further back, you could clearly see how someone indirectly welded it & obviously quality control missed the mistake. Now with that said, mistakes happen - I understand. So I reached out to Amazon customer service & the company directly.. and I'll give them credit, they tried to rectify the issue and send out a new fork.. but given my situation, time frame, (& originally, at first amazon told me to box it back up for the return). So they did attempt to fix it, but i couldn't wait for the part, then drive back to my grandsons (20 mins away), & try to put the bike together all over again.. it just was too much for me to try to do, especially bc i would've had to pay someone to assemble it again (BUT the company said they'd reimburse me for the labor if I did that, which is very kind of them. ) But I had a trip to leave for, so I couldn't do all of that back& forth with the bike.. so i told them that, and they instantly said "I'll refund you your money, no problem" I told them it was boxed up in original packaging, too.. ready to be shipped back, I just needed the shipping label &instructions w/ who/how to ship back..... Here's the mind blower... THEY REFUNDED ME IN FULL! &TOLD ME TO KEEP THE BIKE!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE MY EARS & EYES!!! I thought surely this was a scam, or something lol.. but no.. two days later my refund went fully thru into my bank and that was that. Overall, build quality seemed nice & sturdy.. so besides the mixup with the fork - I'm totally recommending this company to buy from!!! (My incident may have been a fluke, w/ the messed up fork but either way... i recommend them bc even if there's an issue - they're just incredible and sooo helpful! The media could not be loaded. The bike is really good at handling and easy to put together. I am impressed at the speed of the bike, the controls are super easy to use. I use it to commute to work and It’s a lot of fun to ride. Good value and recommended for new e bike riders. I like the design and the feel of balance while riding. My son and husband use E bikes while we are camping and this was a great purchase! The seat is comfortable even in the ruff terrain, the tires also handle the elements well and the extra life with the second battery is essential for the extended time we are outside without power!

I have heard this bike has no power. This 750w has more go than the 500w version and when rode next to a Vitilan u7 (750w) has equal power... ...but a far longer lasting power supply. Suspension is good. Breaking is a little weak.

The Cycrown ebike is perfect for getting around in New York City. It looks and feels great. The tires, seat, and suspension provides a smooth ride. I'm 6'4 180LBS and was able to reach 28 mph a few times. The customer service was fast and helpful. I recommend 👌

The bike is pretty easy to assemble, put the handle bars on, headlight, front tire, and pedals onto the crank. It rides smooth, and I’m 265. 6’1”.. not a light load. You gotta pedal and get yourself going , can’t crank on the throttle like competitors. But this bike has gotten me through massive hills and city stopping and going.. so far 19 miles and a single battery is down one bar. Yes you can turn one battery off and be conservative. My downfall, one charger for two batteries, and the darn kickstand. That was a pain to install with the threaded mounting piece and cheap tools. And for the price you could’ve sent a bag to hold the tools onto the bike, and . Biggest downside. There is no key for the ignition, you leave your bike and it’s unlocked to the world, press the power buttons on the battery then the on bike nd it’s yours. Invest into a lock because it doesn’t come with one. Bare bones bike, but she rips. 3 stars cause there should’ve been accessories in it. I’ll be back to mention the battery “health” eventually. Oh, you get a $3 air pump with the bike for the tires cause they come partially deflated. ... show more
