I installed the CyberPowerPC when it arrived. The graphic card did not work. CyberPower tech support agreed. They requested that we do a card swap. I am now awaiting the new replacement card. In addition, with the lack of operating instructions, this PC is not for the novice

i have a monitor for 165 fps and it never went down UPDATE after 3 months!!!! This is the worst support I got from CyberpowerPC and Amazon. I bought this product because it is ship and sold by Amazon. After 3 months screen is going to blank randomly and noone can reach CyberPowerPC using phone or email. Who will help me to solve this issue? I am a computer engineer and I am quite sure it is a hardware problem. I want my warranty and technical support. ... show more

Sorry I have to do this but this pc was just a mess. Not only did the glass on the pc come cracked but the 3070 that came with this system was also faulty. I ended up needing a whole new pc and that’s what I decided to do, return it.
