So I originally ordered this piece it because it because it has top-of-the-line components for a beautiful price. I first receive the PC and I had to call support because it wouldn’t even load up properly and also that it’s possibly the graphics card which could be malfunctioning. So I called Amazon and they were wonderful and they went ahead and ordered me a replacement and told me to ship the old one back once the new one arrived. Well it took ages for the replacement to arrive and it did not come with a mouse and no power cord plus the large glass panel on the side was completely shattered so I received two back to back pcs that didn’t even wanna work and I was scared to even try to mess with the second PC because of the glass shards everywhere. I am waiting on my return for my money back and I’m going to purchase a completely different PC for better components and $400 cheaper. Gaming was great while it lasted but I found better with Best Buy and easier tech support with Geek Squad since I don’t have to ship it anywhere if needed. ... show more

Out of the box, this machine was broken. The cooling system wasn’t connected, within minutes, the machine overheated and shut down. My son spent 2 hours on the phone with tech support. Reconnected the cooling system. The shortly afterwards, the computer kept shutting down again. Couldn’t figure out why, long story short the motherboard was getting power disrupted by a loose USB port in the back….bad motherboard. To top off a crappy experience, we had to go at to send a 30 pound computer from Virginia to California…$217. Waiting to get it back… ... show more

    • Nowhere in Amazon's description of this product did it say that it was USED.
The product itself may be terrific, that's why I bought it. But as it is, I will never know. Because it was preowned, passwords were set and I have no way of accessing the computer. This issue was resolved, however, After a bit of looking around at the history of this PC, I made some interesting discoveries. Not only was this PC preowned, but I am the 3RD OWNER. Based on the attempts to get this unit working, I am forced to assume that the BLOWN GRAPHICS CARD was the issue. Furthermore, the fact that it has now been sent to 3 owners, I am also forced to assume that the seller never addressed the issue before selling it again. I am also forced to assume that the reason it has been sold 3 times in unusable condition is that the seller takes a 20% restocking fee for every return. ... show more
