I was a little skeptical about buying pre-built but I did months of research and I can safely say this computer is incredible for the price. The GTX 1660ti alone brings this computer up a huge notch seeing as it is the latest in Nvidia's quiet and powerful mid-high end Gpu's. Then if you take into account the intel i5 9400f being the newest in top performing CPU's and for gaming at ultra settings and getting at least 60fps for even games like Overwatch and Sekiro it is an incredible deal. Both of these components would be a great deal but to also get the RGB fans with a color change remote (very cool),a 120g SSD as well as a 1TB hard drive, a 500 watt PSU inside of a beautiful case,and the cable management is some of the best I have ever seen. I can't find anything pre-built for this price that offers more. The only downsides are that the PSU is locked into a cage at the bottom which if you wish to replace it takes a few extra steps to get into. Also having 8g of RAM is ok, but if you plan on recording games which this PC does an incredible job at you will need to get that extra 8g RAM stick just to help with extra processes and video editing. The only other downside is the wifi adapters are a little loose and could have been installed better but they still work perfectly just a little annoying. That's about it for 850$ I honestly couldn't find a better deal if you just want to have a great gaming PC you can open up, download some drivers, and start playing the latest games within minutes. The SSD drive is super fast and as long as you don't fill it up with nonsense (use the TB hard drive for that) you will have a very fast PC for the next 5 years minimum. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to game now and now get into the nitty-gritty of computer building. I would recommend you take this as a chance to learn as much about hardware and software with your new PC as it's a great hobby and potential career choice. Not to mention it's fun and you'll feel like a car man with a standard that you know how to use and manipualter to your will. Have Fun!

While shopping for a new gaming PC I considered buying all the parts and doing a self build. I decided I didn't want to hassle with it. So I found this PC and felt the price was decent for what you get. It arrived well safely packaged and I had it set up in minutes. I mostly play Guild Wars 2 which is said to be poorly optimized because I think it uses an old engine. I get frame rates mostly in 90s and low 100's in open world with graphics set to max. Of course they drop during large group events with tons of flashing effects but are good enough to still enjoy the game. I really don't monitor frame rates constantly because if I don't notice an issue I figure there is no reason to obsess over it. If I turned some settings a bit down I'm sure they would improve more but I don't mind the way it is. The PC is fairly quiet as far as fan noise and my GPU temps seem to never go above 75 C when it is really working hard. It didn't come loaded with bloatware that had to be removed which was a bonus. I don't think the CPU for the model I bought can be overclocked though. I have not looked into that much. The LED lights were an interesting little feature. Not something that was a part of my buying decision, but a nice touch I suppose. I have two minor complaints. One, the SSD drive is only 120GB which seems kind of small for the upgraded version of this PC. Of course I knew this before I purchased and it was kind of a turn off as I was shopping. Sure I could put games on the 1TB HDD but games load faster and loading screens are much faster on an SSD. At least the game I play. So it seems they could of tossed in a 250GB SSD for the upgraded version. I'll end up upgrading that myself at some point. The second is that the USB ports on the front seem like they might be seated a bit off on mine. They are very tight making it difficult to insert and remove USB devices. The ones on the back are fine and don't have this issue. Overall I'm very happy with this PC for the price. Yes there are a few small things I didn't care for but it does what I need and does it well.

This is an excellent gaming PC. I bought it for my son and it plays all of his Steam games on highest video quality settings with a 1080P monitor (I don't have a 1440 monitor so I cannot test one). Absolutlye zero lag. Heat and noise is minimal. The included keyboard and mouse are great. Out of the box, it took 15 minutes to set up and updates were quick as well. He was online and gaming with his friends within an hour. One thing to note is that this uses a standard separate jack for microphone and headphones, so if you have one of the new-fangled headsets with one jack you just need to get an adapter (fortunately the gaming headset that I bought came with an adapter). This is a great PC and becuase it is upgradeable we will be enjoying it for many years to come. The price can't be beat. I was going to build my own PC (I have built several in the past) but after pricing out all of the parts and considering the added cost of a Windows license - not to mention the value of my limited free time - this was a much better choice for me. I am going to buy another PC next year and I will definitely buy another CyberPowerPC.

When the product arrived the packaging was very well done and seemed to be protective of the unit. That’s why I was surprised when I saw that the glass cover for the case was slightly scratched/scuffed in a few areas although it’s not really noticeable unless you take it off and hold it in the light. The system came with a 9th generation I5 cpu which should be plenty to handle the GTX 1660 TI Graphics card included. The 120gb SSD is woefully small but nice to have none the less. It makes booting the machine run so much quicker than a mechanical drive. The 1TB internal drive also included is a great starter amount of storage space. The 8GB of DDR4 should really be upgraded to 16 GB when you get the pc but it’s great for a start and will still run most games fine on its own but if you want to record you should really invest in another stick. Now the biggest problem I have is that the graphics card’s fan makes a clicking sound because it’s impacting with its cover as it spins. The problem can be solved by lifting up a little on the cover as it spins but as soon as you let go it’s back to clicking. Wish they would have noticed that in testing. Also it comes with a keyboard and mouse which are both average quality but nice to see included none the less. All in all it’s a great machine and the cable management is good. Just wish I could stop that clicking noise that’s constantly annoying me when I run it.

After wanting to upgrade from my budget build, I decided to go the prebuilt route since I wasn't building one. Anyhow, after watching Tech Deal's video review on this computer, I decided that this was the one I wanted to buy. I've had this computer now for over 48 hours and I can say it's a good upgrade. Games play buttery smooth and computer itself runs fast. The computer looks as good as it does in the pictures, if not better. The 4rgb fans light the case real nicely. They offer a lot of diferent light effects. It's not tempered glass, its acrylic but that's fine by me. Fan noise is minimal so far but I haven't played extremely graphic intensive games (yet) so I don't know if that's going to be an issue. Packaging was really good, they shipped it outside the US and evertime came fine. Unboxing experience is good. Also, you get an additional gaming mouse and keyboard which are a plus. The only downside is that there is no program to reprogram the mouse button and the ninth button is nonfunctional so far. Also, lights on the mouse are dependant of the DPI. But those issues are really not a problem considering they're just bonuses. In conclusion, this is a pretty good prebuilt computer for the money. Yes, you can probably build one one with the same specs for less but if you wanna buy prebuilt, this one is worth it. Overall I'm happy with my purchase and know I'll be gaming on this for quite some time.

At first I wanted to build my own PC. I had the funds, but not the time, so I decided to buy this instead and I'm actually glad I did. First of all, this PC is very quiet, which I love. Even in the middle of playing a game, I can hear the ticking of my wall clock over the sounds of the fans. The multicolored LEDs around the fans are a great aesthetic touch, too. My wife loves them. The machine is also pretty powerful. So far, I've been running Fallout 4, Final Fantasy XIV, Witcher 3, and Overwatch on ultra settings, so it suits me. There's a few games I can't quite run on maximum settings, but the only hurdle there is I need more RAM, which I'm looking into. The 120GB SSD is one downside, but if you've got the funds to buy a bigger SSD and clone the original drive onto it, go for it. It's easy and gives you a lot more space to work with. I bought a Samsung 1TB SSD, cloned the 120GB SSD onto it, and now I've got space for all the games I'm regularly playing, and they load super fast. I bought an enclosure for the old 120GB SSD and repurposed it for my Xbox One. All things told, I'm very happy with my purchase. If you're looking for a new gaming PC, but building one intimidates you, go for this.

I've had this tower for a couple of weeks so far. My primary use is for photography. First off I realized the 120 GB ssd wasn't going to be enough so I purchased a 1 TB Samsung 860 EVO ssd, cloned the ssd this unit came with, installed and now have plenty of room to add the programs I use to do my editing. Now before anyone says "That's what the other hard drive is for" hear me out. Several of the programs I use are on a subscription basis and most software requires that their programs be installed on the c drive, that's the nature of these programs because they make changes to the os registry and when these programs check to update or verify your using legitimate software they only recognize them being on c drive. Hope this makes sense. However I of course will be using the D drive for all of my files/photos that I'll be working on and storing them there as well. Now let me say that this machine came with 16GB and is very fast and having the ability to upgrade to 64GB of RAM in the future is nice. I can upgrade the graphics card in the future should I find the need to do so. There is also 2 M.2 NVME ports on the motherboard that will allow for even more storage options as well. In all fairness I'm not a gamer so I can't comment on how well this system is for that. Before I forget, I did have to call tech support for question that I had and they were very responsive and were able to answer my question right away. I like that! I bought this gaming PC for my son for Christmas, and a half hour or so after setting it up, he got a black screen and error messages. After much time dealing with tech support it turned out to be a failed SSD. So I returned it and got another CyberpowerPC but with different processor, graphics card, and other parts hoping for better luck. NOPE. That PC was also a dud, with a dead graphics/video card out of the box. Lightning apparently does strike twice. My son was so disappointed and I felt so bad that it happened not once, but twice to him. I went to Best Buy and after talking about all the options with the staff there, bought an HP Omen gaming system. Apparently CyberpowerPC builds from parts from various manufacturers but doesn't test the quality of those parts. HP manufactures all of the parts that go into the gaming PC and does extensive testing, so there's a higher level of confidence. The HP Omen costs more but you pay for the extra QA. Fingers crossed but two days in all is going well, and my son is loving his new HP gaming PC.
