Prior to getting this PC, the idea of buying one was always daunting to me. I knew I needed to get an improvement on my old laptop, but I wanted to be sure I was not wasting my money on a bad PC. After looking over all the options and hearing advice from my friends who were much more knowledgeable on what makes a PC "good" than me, I went with this one. Once it arrived in the mail, the computer was already running smoothly only an hour and a half later. It was super easy to set up, and since then, it has worked great. The specs on this computer are extremely good for its value and make it a great starter PC. I work with animation and rendering times a lot, and this PC has been such an improvement on how my animation programs run. It works so much better that I cannot believe I used to use a laptop before. Fans are not too loud, and the RGB lights look nice while not being annoying. I’ve had this for 1 year now. It didn’t work right out of the box. Called support and they suggested a wire came loose during shipping. That’s exactly what it was. Simple fix and it was up and running. It has been a very good machine so far. I opened it up this week for the annual cleaning. Lots of dust came out. Runs like a champ. I’d definitely buy another. There are open slots for more upgrades if you choose to add on. The only negative is the front glass cover doesn’t come off easily without a special tool. I needed to replace my ROG laptop and figured I'd buy something that can actually be updated with new hardware instead of a whole new system. This is a great pre built that runs all my editing software; video, audio, imaging, etc. As well as runs all my games perfectly. It's also a good price over other prebuilts and while maybe you can built it yourself. Cheaper this was a great solution to buy ready to use and the pice difference wasn't so much that it didn't make sense to not just buy this great prebuilt. Occasionally the fantasy are a bit loud but normally only for a few seconds to a minute. So far under a heavy load editing or gaming it's pretty quiet. Again fans kick in for a bit to cool things off then it's quiet as a mouse again. ... show more

I recently purchased the CyberPowerPc when my previous PC was damaged, and I needed a replacement that was reasonably priced and could run simulation games. The unit came quickly, and the setup was easy. Overall, I am very pleased with this PC, as it runs the games at a level of performance that meets my needs. The unit has great features such as Blue Tooth, USB 3, and WIFI, but I had to expand the memory beyond 16GB because I run virtualization on the unit. One thing I dislike about this PC is that it shipped without decent fan control. Even when running simple tasks like web searches, my fans would speed up, which was driving me crazy. However, after using ASRock Fantastic utility, I was able to tune my fans to eliminate the fan noise except while gaming. The Intel Core i7-13700 runs a little hot (up to 100 degrees Celsius), so make sure you know what you are doing when tuning the fans. Don't expect great performance out of the RTX 4060 TI, as it is not the state of the art GPU and is only suitable for moderate games. However, I purchased this system knowing its capabilities and needs, and it suits me well. Just understand that it has limitations. The other features include the ability to upgrade the system with other components like an SSD drive and an additional NVMe drive. While they tucked away some power connections I needed for my SSD drive, with a little help from cutters, I was able to retrieve the necessary power cable to power up the SSD drive. Upgraded from a bit of an older system (GTX 1650 Super, i5 10th Gen, 16GB DDR4 Ram) to this and I could not be happier. Anything I couldn't run well on my old computer runs super smooth now on this current PC, this includes the speed outside of games as well. The one and only complaint I have is the fans can get a bit loud during heavy loads but if you can either replace them or just get past that then this system is perfect for 1080/1440p usage. Another thing too is how easy it was to setup and how there was no bloatware pre installed whatsoever. As for the case, I personally love the tempered glass on the side which provides a really cool and aesthetically pleasing look at all the RGB. Finally, I'd like to mention the price, for 1300 this is a pretty good deal and I would really recommend it if you have no experience whatsoever with building your own PC. ... show more

I've been using this new PC for about 3 weeks now, and it's truly exceeded my expectations for its price point. Its speed is remarkable (coming from a 4th gen I7 and integrated graphics), breezing through both GPU and CPU intensive tasks with impressively. This level of performance makes it an ideal choice for demanding software applications, gaming or AI and ensures a smooth and efficient user experience. One of the highlights for me was the ease of setup. It was refreshingly straightforward, allowing me to get up and running quickly without any technical headaches. The design of the case is another plus – it's not only visually appealing but also well-built and spacious, I’m not much of an LED guy but I was able to control the RGB settings rather easily. While there were a few minor hiccups, such as the need to manually install some standard Windows programs and a fan that's a bit louder than I'm used to, these issues were relatively minor in the grand scheme of things. The PC did come with Windows 11 Home, and I opted to upgrade for additional features, but this was a small step in the context of an otherwise excellent experience.
