We bought one of these for my son years ago and one for my daughter this christmas. It's a quick and easy set up for those that are new to gaming. It is still working for my son years later and he plays for hours daily. the only problem with the new one, the wifi didn't pick up great. my son's is now hardwired so he gave his sister a wifi usb that came with his years ago - now she has great connection. we would recommend this brand to anyone. ... show more

I do not know a lot about computers, but I want you to be aware of something that will save you from screaming at the screen when your game crashes. It came with only one stick of 8G RAM...so newer games of course are gonna have a hard time working. Other from that this computer is great, it doesn't have the best GPU, the AMD rx 6500 xt came out not long ago and so far it is one of the cheapest ones on the market, so you won't be playing anything above high settings (sometimes it might struggle with a high setting too). If you are new to gaming this is the computer for you, just buy more RAM sticks and run newer games on medium/high settings, anything super and high definition will need another GPU which nowadays they average on a price from $500-$1000 from what I've seen. I haven't had trouble with the fan but I read comments saying that it might need another one. I will give it an 7.5 out of 10. Best of luck! ... show more

First time buying a gaming PC and cyberpower did not disappoint one bit. Had my computer for 6 months and everything is running outstanding with no issues. 100% recommend for new gamers or those wanting a new pc for gaming. Some of the specs are better than if you build your own. Probably cheaper too. I will most likely upgrade some stuff or add new items to it, but other than that it is fine the way it is. absolutely recommend for new people or those who do not want to or know how to build their own pc like me. ... show more

I purchased it for my son for Christmas, and it arrived and had all kinds of error codes. He could not use it for games but used it to explore the web. After 3 months, it would not connect to the monitor anymore. I reached out to CyberPower, and they made me pay to ship it back ($126) to them and INSISTED on getting UPS insurance on it in case it got damaged. Well, of course, it arrived to them damaged, just like they suspected!?! Now they are saying I can't file a claim unless I purchased insurance which I did. The email I got said they attached the damaged pictures to the email, but there, in fact, no pictures were attached to their email to me! IT IS EXTREMELY SHADY!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! ... show more

This was my second Cyberpower PC that I have purchased in the last four years. The first one was a GXiVR8060A5 purchased in October 2018 and was just gifted to my son as his own computer. Both have run great with no issues. The ease of use for upgrades is great for someone like me who is very busy.

I've always loved the CyberPower PC. Very neat and clean with the assembly. Always the best components. The durability is the best. The older cyberpower desktop that I replaced with this new one, still works fine and is about 15 years old. It's just the components are abit outdated. Hard to play the newer games out there cause of the low amount of RAM and VRAM in the video card. I love this company, they produce PC's of very high quality.
