Day 1 of having the PC: So far? This thing is *insanely good* I have but one complaint. Shipping damage. Mine was SUPER minor, however, the panel (which is an L shaped tempered glass panel) is cracked. Cyberpowerpc is closed on weekends for support, so I have to call them on Tuesday and try to see if they will be willing to send me a new glass panel to replace it. However, despite all my inspection, this thing is incredible. The motherboard is an ASUS Prime b850 wifi + bt, the power supply I haven't checked yet but when I do (once the new glass panel comes in) I'll give it a looksie. In the meantime, this thing is absolutely awesome. Insane FPS and raytracing performance in everything. I have the 7800x3d model. I recommend the 9800x3d more but this is still insane quality and impressed me a lot. EDIT: Day 16 of owning this PC, and I gotta say? This thing rocks. Cyberpower sent in a replacement glass panel that is nice and sleek, and the performance of the pc is awesome. Now, the parts they used for mine were as follows: 2 TFORCE Micron 16gb 6000mhz ram sticks (with rgb obviously.) An Asus PRO B870 plus wifi MOBO MSI m470 pro 2tb SSD PNY 5070ti OC Ryzen 7 7800x3d (obviously) still havent checked the PSU but i'd assume it's decent quality. overall i have had no issues with it and i'm loving it. would recommend. EDIT 2: It's been about a month now, I'll update this if any issues come up but so far, this thing is awesome. Hardware is good quality, build quality was good, product is awesome. Seriously. If you get a shot, definitely get this thing. At least if you *need* an upgrade and can't wait until Black Friday or something. ... show more

I never write reviews but i have to say, i love this pc. quality parts. starting with the asus motherboard, RTX 4070 Ti Super, Ryzen 7 9800x3d. 32GB Ram. everything i was looking for!! straight plug and play! great graphics, great performance. only issue i had was fans being at full speed, but a quick change in the bios made it quiet as a mouse. i really love this pc, for the money you cant beat it. ... show more

PC has been crashing since day one. Cyber power and Amazon have been zero help with this issue. Sending me AI regurgitated responses on how to troubleshoot the issue but not actually helping me or providing a solution. I don’t know if I just got a bad unit or what but now I have a $2300 pc that’s essentially a paperweight after only a month. ... show more

No issues with the PC currently. Everything seems to be running fine. Only issue I have so far, is the keyboard is broken in the top left corner, which looks to be maybe a turning dial for volume...not quite sure, since there are no instructions or manual. Also, the mouse seems to work fine as well. Update: After checking out some of the components in this computer, I felt that the hard drive needed to be upgraded. This PC currently has a 2 TB ADATA LEGEND 800 Gold Gen4 (Read 3,500/Write 2,800), which I use for daily computer things. Now, I don't know if this computer will have the same hard drive for everyone that decides to make this purchase, but this is what mine has. I added a 2 TB PNY CS2150 SSD Gen5 (Read 10,300/Write 8,600), which I use for only games and this hard drive is awesome sauce. These sellers don't always add specifics for when people are trying to determine which computer to buy. I would also like to add, that this computer only came with a clip (to hold in place) for the original hard drive and no extra screws for adding additional hard drives, Luckily, my laptop had an extra screw for my new hard drive. While i have no issues with how the PC is running, it seems to lack in some smaller areas. Which is why I will keep this at 3 stars. Not everyone will have the same experience, this is just how it is for me. EDIT: 09/20/2025: I read some other review about this PC being buggy on start-up and having to turn the monitor off and on again for it to work. I am having the same issue. It's not that big of a deal, but it is annoying. I also got rid of that ADATA LEGEND 800 GOLD Gen4 and replaced it with a WD_BLACK 2TB SN7100 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 7,250 MB/s. I also replaced the power supply to a ASUS ROG Loki SFX-L 1200W Titanium PSU (Fully Modular Power Supply, 80+ Titanium, 120mm PWM ARGB Fan. May seem like overkill, but these computers nowadays are put together with half good and half not good stuff. ... show more
