I bought three of these for my TVs in the house and they work great. I can stream in 4K, and they can even do light gaming. I set up the main one in the living room and run my gaming emulators on it and they work flawlessly. I can even play some older games just fine. I played Elder Scrolls Oblivion on it and it works wonderfully. The main unit I upgraded to 16GB and 1TB NVME drive since I was going to so some emulator gaming on it, but the other two just have 8GB RAM and 128GB storage which is just fine for streaming boxes. These would work great for light duty office computers form most daily tasks, but I wouldn't try to use it for heavy duty Excel files, Photoshop, etc, it would slow down too much. But for what these units are, they are amazing. You could probably even play World of Warcraft on them! ... show more

Its made of sound quality, not loud. Appearance is good not any chips or dents. I mostly use it for paperwork and its able to keep up. I'll update if there is anything that changes.

The computer itself seems to work fine. I admit I was surprised it's so tiny; but, with no moving parts, it makes sense. The problem is that customer service is nonexistent. I had a problem in setup (MS Edge wouldn't open). I requested help through Amazon. No response. Nothing. I fixed the problem myself, but the total failure of the company to respond to a customer's needs is why they're getting a lower rating from me. ... show more
