I just got off a TEAMS call for work. People were complaining about my cell phone that I had to call in with echoing. It was annoying to me as well and I finally broke down and got something for our meetings. The call quality and crispness of sound was AMAZING. I am VERY HAPPY with my purchase. No software to download -- which is perfect because I am working on a company-owned computer and cannot install "outside software". All you do is plug it in and it works. The instructions were very clear and simple. The only drawback (but not really one, honestly) is that I have to unplug it after the calls because the sounds are coming from the headset when it is plugged in and I really don't want to wear my headset all day just because of a 1 hour phone call. Anyway, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND based on how simple, clear, and functional this headset is. No one will ever complain about my echo again during meetings.

My dad wanted one more in case his current set broke and he hasn't tried it yet, but I was a bit disappointed that it didn't come in the retail package and just a not very "new" looking cyber acoustic labeled bag. I looked all over the description again and couldn't find anywhere that states it wouldn't come in retail package. Looked for the condition and it is Supposed to be new, but I wonder if we really got a returned, refurbished, or renewed one. If it was just for me, no biggie, but since I got it for my dad, I would have liked him to Know that he was getting a new set.

I've had these for about 2 years and I should have returned them after my 1st conference call when everyone said they couldn't hear me but they could hear the fan in the background. I had my mic volume all the way up with and without noise cancellation. Needless to say I have ordered a brand name set since using my laptop mic and speakers has been working way better than these.

I use headsets about 8-10 hours a day for work and play. I choose them for their audio quality, how well they block out noise around me, how well the mic isolates my voice and how comfortable they feel after wearing several hours at a time. I've bought expensive headsets that last a year (or less) and cheaper brands, about $50, that last 6 months (looking at you MPOW). I've owned couple models of Plantronic and other, cheaper brands with these features. They all were heavy on my head and/or made my ears hot and sore after hours usage. I've decided to change up and try light weight headsets. These "Cyber Acoustics Stereo Headset, Headphone with Microphone" are the first I'm trying. I've used them for four days now. They are lightweight but besides price, that's their only outstanding feature. The audio quality is good enough for my work applications but online music and gaming sound muffled which is disappointing. The ear cuffs feel comfortable enough after several hours usage, my ears don't get too hot nor sore, but the cuffs are stiffer than I want. The stiffness is probably why there's almost no noise canceling; the cuffs don't really conform to my ear so I hear my family and other noises going on around me. The other disappointment is that the people I work or play with tell me that my voice sounds far away or muffled and they can also hear other noise going on around me, sometimes louder than my voice. The audio cable is plenty long enough for me. They entire headset is hard plastic but it looks sleek and nice in matte gray. The headband is stiff yet flexible enough to twist as needed. The boom microphone swivels almost full 360* so you can wear the headset with the mic on either right or left side of your mouth. I believe this headset's description, intended for "K12 School Classroom" customers, is plausible and that their low price makes them perfectly acceptable for other general use. I'll keep these but continue looking for a headset more suitable to me.

I like the feel of the headset and the location of the microphone. This can be worn on the left or right (unlike other models). My only complaint is the way the 3.5mm jack head is shaped can make it not plug fully into my phone with the case on. The rubber flex part is angled, which makes it stronger and more flexible, but if it's bumped, it can make the jack slip back just a hair, which disconnects it. That's why I removed 1 star. The build quality is above average, and the band feels very durable. The earpads are comfortable for long periods. I have worn this for 3-4 hours on a conference call, more than once. the cord is about 6', so I can comfortably move around with the phone on the table. It works well with both my phone and my laptop. The sound quality is very clear, and nobody has had problems hearing me. I use it for online meetings with multiple platforms when it's on the laptop. Overall, I recommend this for a budget 3.5mm headset. The price is right, and it should last for a few years.
