This was so fun to build. The directions were easy to follow, even the electrical part (It lights up!!). My 10 year old son saw me building this and he asked to help towards the end of it. He was able to follow the directions as well. I liked that my son enjoyed building it because it kept him away from his tablet. It took about 3 hours to build. The quality is great and it’s very detailed. I already had arts and crafts glue so I didn’t need to purchase that. I recommend getting some glue that dries quickly (within seconds) so you don’t have to wait long periods of time for the glue to dry. I thoroughly enjoyed this, it was also a stress reliever. It was fun and kept me focused. After building it my son asked if I could buy him one to build. I will definitely be purchasing more for myself and my son!!!

This is a nice little kit for book nook beginners. Everything snaps neatly into place, the lighting is simple, nothing is handmade. If you are looking for a challenge, however, this is not for you.

So far I find this to be some what frustrating because the pieces do not always fit in the cut outs very easily and I have to mess with it until it does. It’s easy to follow as everything is numbered so that’s good. It’s good quality pieces seem sturdy although I have broken two pieces now trying to get them to fit in its place. It comes with some extra pieces but unfortunately so far not the two I broke. I think it’s a bit over priced but I’m sure that I’m paying for tariffs on it as it does come from China. I recommend it if you have patience and don’t get frustrated to easily. I have only completed a small section so far it says it takes 3-5 hrs to put together I’m not sure where they came up with that time frame given the delays I have run into trying to get some of the pieces to fit in place correctly and adjustments I have had to make. It’s super cute and I look forward to when it’s all finished and lit up!

My child loves these type of products. My child loves to build things and will spend hours on these. It does require somewhat of a delicate touch. The quality is really surprising, we purchased a set for a Christmas. It was Christmas themed and after it was built, we used it as a display during Christmas. It was so cute. These make excellent gifts and you can get them for a great price on here.
