I have slowly been swapping out my old cheap knives for Cutco knives. What an amazing difference. If i could only own one Cutco knife, it would be this one. I love it for chopping small vegetables and fruit. I find it's my "go to" on the knife block. The beautiful thing about Cutco is they offer free sharpening and a lifetime guarantee (meaning they will replace the knife if it breaks).
