Dogs are supposed to be the perfect companion, and we have several; all old with leg issues. I hate having so many rug runners in our house, but finding the right colors/combinations sure helps. This custom size (a bit wider for entry ways), in browns and tans, matched perfectly to other plain runners I bought off Amazon to create a path in our house for dogs. The striped rug is very soft and NO SLIP. Very good quality. It is beautiful actually, so I'm buying another just for me, to be placed in the bedroom (the comforter magically is the same colors). This rug is very nice, soft and cleans up well. I only wish I bought the longer size but I'm keeping the one I ordered. I put it in my hallway and it holds up well from a dog laying on it and people walking on it as they enter the house from the garage. It doesn't show dirt. Vacuums up nicely. Nice rugs. The weave isn’t quite as dense as a couple of Mohawk runners I have but it’s still good. I ordered two, 6’ and 7’, to cover a 13’ entryway as the mat closer to the door needs more frequent washing. I couldn’t get the nap on the two rugs to match up perfectly by rotating or vacuuming them but they may even out eventually or I’ll just stop noticing it. A+ on processing the order, which arrived several days earlier than promised. I bought “soft brown” which is an accurate description of the color. Photos show it in different lighting. I chose the medium gray rug with a diamond design. It has a nice sheen and a pattern that is neutral. If you like to see the dirt that is being tracked in, this is a good rug. I have to vacuum it a couple of times a day, and I never realized with my previous rug that so much "white stuff" was being tracked in. All the vacuuming has caused threads to come loose. There is one place where it is threadbare after just 3 months. I snip the loose threads from time to time. I love the rubber backing and the extra width, so when it's time to replace it, I'll probably get another one from the same company.
