Received my sign in a very sturdy box and was packaged very well. It came ready to hang and the plugs were super easy to get tightened up. Cord was extra long so I didn’t need an extension cord. Very happy with my order.

6/21/2023: UPDATE - I have revised my review from 1 star to 5 stars based on their customer service… Upon reading my review, the company reached out to me, apologized, and offered a full refund. I asked if I could get a new sign in-lieu of a refund. The company agreed and is sending me a new neon sign (the bf really loves his sign). Thank you for your commitment to excellent customer service. 6/17/2023: I gave this sign to my bf Christmas 2022 to hang up in our bar. He loved it. Sign was bright with three different levels of brightness. He would turn it on for a few hours on Friday and/or Saturday nights, but not every week, only when we had company over so he could show it off. He went to turn it on last night (6/16/2023) to show some friends and it would not turn on. We unplugged/replugged, checked the breaker, switched outlets… nothing. Less than 6 months of ownership and it is dead. Extremely disappointing.

The media could not be loaded. SEEK ANOTHER SELLER: BUYER BEWARE I haven’t even had this product a full year let alone six months and it’s already busted. The seller has been 0 help with troubleshooting. Can’t believe I spent all this money on a custom piece that broke almost immediately.
