The media could not be loaded. I ordered my last name to add a bit of fun to my home office and am happy with the product so far. Assembly was easy and came with screws threaded and a small screwdriver, so snap the letters together and give it a few turns for a very sturdy product. The multiple brightness modes and several flash/pulse modes make this superior to the standard, non-adjustable neon sign. It can get VERY BRIGHT on the highest selection. Most importantly, even after hours of being on, it does not give off heat! I’ll certainly have fun buying new letters for different combinations. The durable hard plastic also likely can take a few drops or bumps, which would be important for high-traffic businesses. A hanging kit was included too. The sign was easy to assemble. Extremely bright on the brightest setting. The on/off switch is a rocker switch which makes it easy to put on a digital timer. I really like the fact that individual letters can be replaced.
