I cant upload the photo of it at the moment but I looked at the controller after I disposed of the box it came in. I received this on deployment and to my disappointment the chameleon cover has markings on it that don't feel like scratches but blemishes in the paint. Works fine just upset at how it looks. I would have returned it but if I do it while deployed I wont get another for another 2 months. Well either way make sure to check the condition and don't be like me and throw away the box it comes in.

Finally an Elite Series 2 in my color. The case is a charger you can charge in case or out of case. All paddles and extra thump sticks and pad. Everything looks good. My Elite Series 1 lasted about 6 yrs of daily play. Hopefully this one lasts as long. As you see in the pictures. I play a lot. *UPDATED- I had an issue with the thumb stick. I contacted the seller within an extremely short amount of time I had a printable returned label sent to me. EXCELLENT SERVICE 10/10. Very impressed. Thank you!! Everything back and working. Customer service experience fantastic.

The features are second to none but the thumb sticks are very sloppy compared to hex gaming and even powera sorry for the unfavorable review this is the truth. Take the price down about 100$ or improve quality of thumbsticks. Anyone who pays this much for a controller rest assured they are serious about the competitive scene and will expect more accurate stocks.

My son made a request for this brand of controller for Christmas. When I was searching I came across this specific one & since red is his favorite color decided to order this one instead of just black. When my son opened the box & saw it was red he was thrilled & when I saw it in person its much more attractive than the picture. As far as use... My son has said its an amazing controller & recommended it to a few people he games with saying its the best & most comfortable controller he's ever used.

I bought my son this controller for his birthday. He has had it a little over a year. It quit working it won't power on at all. We took it to a shop to see if they could fix it. They said it was shot. They put it on a new charging port and still wouldn't do anything. They even tried to troubleshoot it and still got nothing but a broken controller. This was a rip off. Not worth the money. For 300.00 it should have lasted a lot longer the a year. This is a POS

The sticks are the first thing I look for when it comes to build quality and it seems Microsoft just doesn't respect it's customers. There's nothing special about the controller itself. The adds are trash since they merely ponder the idea of having a battery backup in the case, but fail to mention it's sold separately. In spite of that sure, the controller feels good, has nice grips and looks cool. It weighs a tone, is wireless and programmable buttons. That's where it stops though; extra buttons cannot all be pressed with ease, without adjust your hands. In fact only 2 of the 6 can ever be reached at any given time, which renders it useless. The bluetooth is not...weak, but has quirks for anyone who plays for more than 15min. It will disconnect for no obvious reason that even the support team seems entirely absent minded to acknowledge and do something about. My advice, go for the Razer Wolverine Ultimate. It's half the price and twice the value. Granted, the only downside for some is it's corded. 20 feet of braided quick detach usb and a whole lot more durable. While Razer sports newer models, this one is still by far the best design they have.
