This hotplate is really sleek and a great size for an efficiency apartment. You don't have to wire it up to anything. It just plugs in and gets right to cooking. We needed more than 2 bur ers and this one was the best price and had great reviews. So d are the tenant is using it every day and has no complaints. It was delivered the next day. Great product. Fast heating and the perfect size for a bachelor.

I returned it after using it twice. It looked nice and easy to use. On the highest setting the burners did not get hot for over 15 minutes. Then the food did not cook properly. The outside of the unit got very hot but never the burners. Don’t buy this product if you want to cook real food.

It took around 10 minutes to heat up a tea kettle to boiling point. 650 watts is not much to begin with, all you need is a little more time and patience to cook a meal other than that it's a good looking burner and it does the job well.

Pretty good electric stove. It can be kept warm and super easy to set up. Heat food faster than I expected. I would recommend to wait for the electric stove to cool down before cleaning it. Super easy to clean too. Highly recommend it guys!

Functions.. barely.. 1500w while safe for a 110v wall socket is not super efficient or quick to cook anything quickly. It will get there but be sure to budget 50% more cook time. Also.. while smooth surfaces and uniform contact are important between burner and cooking vessel.. this is a new level of Nat Lampoons Xmas vacation disc sled lubricant slippery..
