As with most shoe inserts, there is really no "one size fits all" unless you get mold impression of your feet and get it custom made. Having said that, this shoe insert has a decent quality and seems to have a good amount of shock absorption properties. The one thing that I do not like in this product is the low arch support (hence the loss of a star).

I was looking for something to help with my plantar fasciitis and had high hopes that these would do the trick. My plantar fasciitis manifests as a pain in the center of my heel so I thought the extra cushion spot on the heel of the insert would help. Not a lot of reviews but mostly positive and the pictures made it look cushy. It's not that cushy. It's a fairly firm insert with good arch support. The extra bump of cushion in the heel is not that pliable and actually ended up adding additional pressure on my heel causing discomfort. I only wore it for part of a day but I could tell it wasn't going to work. This might be okay for you if you're just looking for arch support. I need a super cushioned heel and this did not work well for that. I bought two different pairs of Dr. Scholl's at the same time and both of those ended up working much better for my needs and were a little less expensive.

My husband has to use insoles for his very high arch. The arch support on these were fantastic. With his job, he's on his feet all day. These were very comfortable for him, kept his feet pain-free and lasted as long as the boots he wore them in did. My husband is pretty picky, but had nothing bad to say about these. These seem to be a bit pricey, but can you put a price on comfort? I recommend highly.

A few weeks ago, I started a new job that requires me to be on my feet the majority of the day, after having worked an office job for many years. In those few weeks I began having pain in my feet quite a bit. All of the standing and running around at my new job was really doing a number on my feet and I was coming home at the end of the day with them absolutely throbbing. These came across my page, and after looking into them a bit and seeing that they are made for high arches (I have very high arches in my feet) I decided to get these, in hopes they would offer me some relief. The results blew me away!!! In the morning of my first day with these, the most I could say about them was that I felt like I was walking on clouds and that it almost feels like I wasnt even on my feet. which was a great start! At the half way point of the day, I still felt totally fresh, like I was just starting my day, where as before, I was really starting to feel the pressure in my feet by this point. The remaining 4 hours of my day, I was started to feel a familiar ache, but it was hardly anything that caused me any grief before I was done, home and off my feet for the day. At the end of the day, your feet are far more important than any of us give credit for, until its too late. If you have high arches like I do, do yourself the biggest favor, and get yourself a pair of these, and thank yourself later. You can't imagine the difference these will make until you get some and see for yourself!

I ordered these for my wife, who has truly found relief from these shoe inserts. She has issues with her feet that make most shoes cause discomfort, so these are a must. We have typically bought the Dr. Scholl's, but thought we would give these a try, and we have been impressed. They are comfortable, provide the support she needs, and fit well. The only real complaint is that the Dr. Scholl's inserts typically provide guiding lines based on your shoe size so you can cut them to a perfect fit, while these ones leave it entirely up to you. It would have been nice to have those guiding lines. All told however, they provide the quality we were looking for and that is what we were most looking for. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to cut and fit, just used the original insoles as a pattern. These have much better arch support then the standard insoles and also have better padding.
