Ok, so I didn't totally believe the description as most all the seats boast of how great they are! This seat has earned this descriptor! Having back issues is not fun at any level so having a seat that offers all that this one does is imperative. I searched and searched for something to mainly put in my new electric car. Yes, I know, why would you buy a car with uncomfortable seats? Simple, my need to help save the air for my children and grandchildren they might have was greater. I felt too that I could improve the comfort of the car seat. This totally does the job. The bottom of the seat has a gripper quality that I've not found in any others I've looked at. When it arrived and I first sat on it, it was instant bliss! Just sitting down my back came into perfect alignment with my hips and sit bones! With my back aligned perfectly my leg no longer felt any stress. This seat is perfect! I took it for a test drive last night and was in the car for over an hour and came back refreshed with no aches and pains. I couldn't do that before. It also have a gripper like bottom that stayed on the "vegan leather" seats without leaving any marks and didn't shift one bit on getting in or out of the car. Driving is a perfect test as you need to maintain a position for what can be long lengths of time. No problem when I came back to my home. I hated taking it out of the car again, but I needed it back in the house where I take it from dining chair to family room chairs, which today the seat designs have zero support. It works beautifully! I only have two suggestions: 1. That it comes with more neutral colors like white and off white 2. That it be sized by hip size (unless the extra is needed) maybe as I have about 4"- 5" on either side that tends to make it look huge on the chairs. When I use it in the car it comes very close to oozing over the side of the seat where they air bag curtains are housed so I have to move it over a bit. What I wouldn't give to have the a whole car seat replaced with this dense memory foam. A terrific product!! ... show more

I love this cushion but got it because of a fractured sacrum and it exacerbates the pain. I was told by my orthopedic surgeon to purchase any pillow for coccyx pain, which is the tailbone, and I cannot seem to find one on here that is specifically for my fractured sacrum. That is my only complaint and I can’t wait til I am healed to use it! ... show more

Great product. The cushion is both firm and soft. The design takes the pressure off of sensitive areas. My 94 year old father uses it to reduce friction that can cause pressure sores and it adds some height to his chair so he can get up a little easier. Purchased this to replace the one I've been using for years which is a bit firmer, but never lost its shape. Driving a Transit Bus for 8 hours every day causes a lot of pressure and fatigue and I needed to do something. I saw an ad for this one which intrigued me so figured I'd give it a shot ..This one is much softer and I love how it comforms a bit around the hip!. It DEFINITELY helps with the severe pain in my hip and sciatica and it cushions the tailbone. I am experiencing a lot less pain and discomfort while driving as well at the end of the day. Only downfall I find is that the cover could be a bit tighter or fit better.. It tends to loosen and wrinkle up a little. Being much softer, I hope it holds up and keeps it shape. The foam is very nice and it is a good width. This cushion would be perfect if lacked the two pointed ends on the back. The two points on the back of the cushion can be irritating.

I love the quality & ergonomics. Wished I knew how many various colors this is offered in because the slip that was included with mine displayed a rainbow of colors. My only complaint is with the cushion density being too hard to be able to sit in it for too long. I have bad hip joints & I am still going to need a gel cushion, on top of this. I was hoping that it'd break in after a while but, nope. I use it in my car, couch, and drummer throne. ... show more

I do a lot of driving so I thought I would get a cushion to help my back. I don’t think this is really built for the car. It stopped a few inches before the edge of my car’s seats so there was a kind of step between where the cushion ends and the edge of the seat. It got pretty uncomfortable as I driving for a while. I ended up sending it back. It did fit an office chair much better. I think if the placr you’re sitting all day is a desk rather than car, this cushion would be great. Worth every penny. High quality. I'm able to sit for 4 hours in my office chair and stand without pain, literally for the first time in many years.
