Nice little ebike, was a little bit smaller than i was thinking it would be which is nice. I'm 5'10 and its a comfortable fit. The bike racks and baskets are pretty heavy duty and well made, they give you a lot of options with carrying gear amd I am looking forward to doing some bike packing with it. The brakes are nice and work well, the display on it is pretty nice, and it has a nice smooth start with the throttle. My only complaint is the tires it comes with, they seem to be the only thing they skimped on. The bead keeps coming out on the front tire on my ebike, I would recommend getting a better set of tires than what it comes with. Update The customer service is great, talked to them about the tire issue and they were helpfull and concerned about their products quality. After riding it a bit more I would say that it handles quite nicely, hadles hills well, and the cruise controll is really nice when your on a long stretch. ... show more

First the shipping time was lighting fast from California only took 3 days to reach Oregon. Now onto the bike itself it is on the smaller side of e-bikes but it does what it claims and the torque is powerful enough for all the hill where i live. I wouldn't really recommend this bike if your trying to get exercise because the pedel assit is strong even in lower settings and if your taller then 5'8 it might feel weird to pedel. Its more like a moped then anything else. I'm 5'8 220 pounds and on 1 charge riding straights and hills barely peddling except to put less strain on the motor going up the steeper hills got a range of 30 miles and it wasn't empty yet. I could have rode more if i wanted to. The one downside of the bike so far for me anyway is since it is so small and compact its closer to the ground and if im not careful and take a sharp turn the pedels scrape the ground luckily the few times i did do it the rebound poped the bike back up to a upright position. I did have a issue with the tire bead on the back tire where the wheel would pop off the rim in a certain spot but the customer service rep Leslie was very helpful and got me a replacement wheel as soon as it looked like I needed a new one. If it wasn't for the weather I would have received it in a week from the time I requested help. They even sent me a new crank set because it was slightly bent from shipping. It wasn't impacting the performance but they sent me one anyway. ... show more

This is loaded with features most bikes do not have. The are the turn signals, large head light, and suspension. I am pleased with the value, and the company has been helpful.

The bike is quick. Tops out a around 30 mph. The display settings allow for full customization for each pas gear. It's awesome to have the freedom to make changes to your personal needs. My gf rides this everyday and uses pure electric only. She get 35+ miles consistently. I can't say enough about the customer service. They are above and beyond.
