Finally I found a chair that will work for me. It feels safe, it's well made, and it goes smoothly. I don't always have to use it, but when I have used it it has performed well. UPDATE! I brought this on our vacation to Los Cabos and I can't say enough about how awesome this chair was. It performed perfectly! There were several long and steep ramps that I had to climb to get to the restaurants that were elevated (so you can get an ocean view) and this chair handled it like a champ. We were there 2 weeks and never had a single problem. It went well through the airports and was easy to fold down. You have to remove the battery to fly, but the company sends you a really nice bag to carry it in, and you just use it like a regular carry-on. This company thought of everything. I was in the chair for long periods of time and it was comfortable. I just can't say enough about this chair and it's performance. I had two other power sheelchairs prior to this and this was by far the best! And the cost roughly the same amount so it's a great buy.

I bought as a Christmas present for my disabled mother. It was very nice but did not function and was sent with an old dirty toolbag with black mold, disintegrated cardboard, spiderwebs and a manual that told me nothing. There was a random wire hanging from the back and I tried contacting them for over a week to troubleshoot. Ended up having to return but they wanted ME to pay shipping?! I am so disappointed but more importantly my poor mother desperately needed it. It's a real shame and I will never order a high price item thru Amazon because of this seller and their complete lack of customer service. Sad.

Have had it out 2 times now once to the mall and the other to an out side car show on grass. Lots of power, joy stick works great for driving it. On the grass it did great, the wheels are larger enough that they didn't bog down or get stuck. Folds up easily and is not to heavy for lifting in and out of car. I think it's a great product for the money. Highly recommend to any one that doesn't want the big heavy ones that need a lift or outside of the car carrier.

Product very sturdy, aand works extremely well once you figure out how it all works. Problem is; instructions are poorly translated, but once you work though them and use customer videos to undertstand them you'll have a great eletreic wheelchair for an affordable price.

I was happy when the wheelchair arrived. Now I'm not happy at all. The wheelchair is very heavy (65lbs). There is no way people could get it folded up and get it in a trunk of a car. My Husband can't lift it. I can't use it in house, the speed control is not working properly. The lowest speed is very, very fast. I've had an electric wheelchair before from, Drive Mobility. When I set on slow, it gave me slower speeds so I could move around my home. My wheelchair is DANGEROUS!!

Description clearly said the wheelchair was “lightweight“, but 65 pounds is very heavy and unliftable for me as handicapped nor my senior husband. 2. Upon opening box, noticed small Knick/hole in top front left armrest. 3. Remote control does not work.
