Update: Am now able to navigate over thresholds in the house and it is working well over carpets and carpet edges. Love it but have to return became se it is for flat surfaces and I live i n the country. Original review: Purchased this to use around the house and for in town shopping. it is great fun but it gets stuck on thick carpeting and gets stuck going from room to room over the transom.cant imagine trying to go over handicap ramps in our old town. Great speed, tight turns, almost perfect.

Love the ease of operation, though I did chip the plaster learning to drive. It’s too heavy for me to take outside and load in the car but for running from couch to kitchen to laundry room to bathroom it’s perfect. Battery holds good charge. Turning radius is great.

I wish I’d realise this was not returnable. At the very lowest setting I still have no control over it. Even our maintenance man here said that he thought it was calibrated too fast. He bumped into things too. I drove a car for years and I have driven a scooter, but this thing is by far the worst. Just impossible. I will have to sell it for a loss.

The media could not be loaded. It's very comfortable you can set speeds and it was unfoldable right out of the box. We just had to put the 2 little back wheels on. So I can't flip backwards. But I am so happy This is really wonderful. It fits down all my hallways and through every door.

This product appear to have cheaper in quality that it might break and while lifting and put it in the car. It struggled with starting sometimes and had right inclination. At times it struggled to go when there is uneven surfaces It is not true that you can return in 3 Mns. It has to be within 30 Days unused 😀 So it puts us in rush not to take chances to figure out. On top of that I spent 256$ in USPS to return because they don’t cover the returns. Not sure how they think it is possible to Keep that expensive item when it is not that great while it moving either the product breaks or the patient breaks for not being able to walk.
