Computer runs great, haven't heard it run hard once in my month or so of having it. Ultimately replaced the keyboard and mouse it came with, but still solid quality to get by on. There was no wiggle room inside the box when it arrived, which was wonderful it didn't have a chance to get bumped around in transit. Looks just like in the photos. I purchased this as a laptop replacement since I did not think I needed the portability anymore. I was overall happy with the performance and aesthetics of the machine. I was not happy with the lack of fan control, as they were always very loud and I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment which proved to be disruptive. I was also expecting wifi connectivity as it was on the listing, but this was not the case. I ultimately ended up returning this product as I wanted something more compact and portable, and did not want to invest in USB wifi connectivity. I also could not handle the fan noise.     • A pretty good PC, but a fair bit overpriced for what you get.
I bought this computer since my old one died, and I wanted something serious that could handle games like World of Warcraft, Elite Dangerous, Civilization 5, and Fallout 4 at full graphics settings. I purchased this one and it arrived pretty quickly, so that's definitely a plus. I was a little disappointed to see that there wasn't a graphics card in it, and was worried that it was unusable. Fortunately, many games still worked just fine on the integrated graphics and you can still pump out around 40-60 FPS. If you're a casual gamer and don't fret about visuals, it's probably just fine. You probably won't be able to use any kind of advanced anti-aliasing or high-texture settings, though. If you're used to higher-quality performance, the integrated graphics just won't cut it. You'll need to spend another couple hundred dollars on a graphics card (GTX 1650 works fantastic). Outside of the card issue, the actual performance of the PC is pretty great. The SSD makes games and loading other data happen almost instantaneously for the most part. Is the design of the case and coloring of the fans cool-looking? Yes, absolutely. But let's be real - sometimes you'll look over and your case will be flashing red and you'll get a moment of brief panic thinking something's wrong before another color combination kicks in. A minor annoyance, but that's just me. Overall, this is a good PC and is certainly a powerhouse for a reasonable price, but if you have the ability to put it together yourself, researching the individual parts and doing your own assembly will probably shave off $300-$400 or more. ... show more

Bought for 12 yr old grandson, he loves it so far. Haven't used tech support yet, so can't rate them. It was very easy to set up and has run without a hitch, so far. Makes me want to get a faster laptop.

I was pleased at first when receiving this computer. Gorgeous chasis with solid specs for the price. Then, after only a year of use, it stopped powering on suddenly and without warning. Completely unacceptable. Look elsewhere!
