  • Great build! Powerful! And great Customer Service. 10/10
Size: RTX 3070 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
Good: This PC is a MONSTER! Great build! Great quality. I've ran SLOBS, Warzone, nVidia apps/filters, Sony Vegas, and Chrome browser at the same time. It handles anything you throw at it. Near 200fps in Warzone at 120fov, mid settings, 1080p. This PC is as loud as an actual room fan, but can be tuned down if needed. It sits right next to me and does not bother me. I love the performance! I don't care about the noise. Just like in a race car, it's worth the performance. Bad: I wouldn't even say this was bad at all, but I did have an issue where Windows would suddenly crash (blue screen), PC would restart and go straight into bios. Bios said "No operating system detected". I tried to run a check on the M.2 drive and it said there was "No m.2 drives detected". Turned out to be a Faulty M.2 drive. I built a few PCs as a kid and I know that sometimes electronics come faulty from factory and the builder is not at fault for that. Solution: I messaged the seller and explained the problem. I told them that I wouldn't mind exchanging M.2 drives myself (easy task, and lots of help on YouTube, and the manual itself). They sent me a NEW M.2 drive. I haven't installed it yet, I've been running the PC from the extra 2T Hard-drive. But I am truely impressed and thankful for such great customer service and & such a GREAT BUILD! Every component in this PC is of great quality and the best brands. I'd also like to add, the cable management was beyond my expectations! It shows how dedicated and passionate their builders are! Thank you CUK! I definitely recommend this seller and their products! ... show more

  • Loud fans but runs great
I've been using this PC for about 4 weeks. There are pros and cons as no PC is perfect for everyone. First the pros: - It runs great. It's powerful, hasn't overheated yet, and plays intensive games such as Red Dead Redemption smoothly even at max settings. It probably won't need to be upgraded for 4-5 years due to the nice specs, assuming there are no mechanical breakdowns. - The PC is packaged well within the box it comes in (I'm not talking about the shipping box or materials), and it's clear the company goes the extra mile to make sure they do all they can to prevent issues once it leaves their place of business. I initially thought there were scratches on the glass but I just had to remove the plastic film that was on each side of the glass to see that the glass was in perfect condition. - There are plenty of USB and display ports that will probably be sufficient for most people. - The colorful lighting inside the unit is nice but I never see it as I had to put the PC under my desk. The remote control for the lighting works fine. - I did contact support about upgrading the PC and they responded on the next business day. The person who responded was polite and helpful. I only have 2 things that I wish were different. - It's not easy to add internal parts. I wanted to add an internal hard drive but couldn't figure out where to screw in the drive. I contact support (who was helpful) who gave me info but the effort required made it not worth the time (for me). I wanted to be able to just screw in an internal hard drive and attach the cable to the port but it's just not that easy. - The fans are loud. And by loud I do mean loud. Not jet engine loud, but probably louder than the PC you have now. I put the PC under my desk which did help minimize the sound, but it's still loud. I have bad Tinnitus that's with me every second I'm awake. I used to use a white noise app on my phone to help me fall sleep. Now I just listen to the PC fans. Would I discourage anyone from buying this PC due to the fans? No, unless you need complete silence. But if you needed complete silence you wouldn't be buying a desktop in the first place. So despite the fans being loud and the PC having limited options for adding internal components, it's still a gem and I have no regrets with my purchase. I'd also very comfortably and confidently recommend CUK to friends and family. If the company is still around in 4-5 years I'll probably buy from them again. I just hope the fans will be a little quieter by then. ... show more

This rig worked great! Until it didn't. We tried a couple months ago to get help with no success. Don't waste the time and money.

  • A Nice Machine for the price and configuration.
Size: RTX 3070 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
I only have a few gripes with the RTX 3070 Stratos Micro. It takes a minimum of an hour to add other drives if you don't already know how this model is configured. The only other NVMe slot I could find was below the graphics card which was held up by 1.the motherboard where it was plugged in, 2.the video port thing, 3.and a third thing screwed into the bottom of the desktop acting as a third point to hold the GPU up. Opening the glass door, and unplugging the GPU is the only way to add another NVMe drive. When it comes to adding HDD's, I had to open the other side where there's no glass door, and undo some innavigable cord spaghetti packed into one tiny space to be able to add other mechanical drives (but all this should only concern you if you plan on adding other drives, this machine is fine otherwise.) If I want to keep the other mechanical drives on in this machine, I'm unable to close the right side of the PC and have to hold the HDD up with some books. Unrelated and unimportant: I don't get why machines like this have glass, metal, and LED's when the majority of people stare at the screen their PC's are connected to, but that's trivial when considering this configuration which is actually nice for a casual like myself. The fans aren't bad either, unless you only plan on playing on Ultra quality with a loud white noise machine attached to your PC. Another gripe is with how these extraneous drives disappear from Windows Explorer when the drives are not being used, which I can only assume is a response to save power. The only solutions/workarounds to this issue is to 1.restart the PC, or 2.play some files like music or videos off the drives you don't want to disappear from Windows Explorer. Now for the positives. This is a nice and powerful machine for 2022. It doesn't even sweat for medium quality 1440p 120hz gaming. The DLSS is a nice upgrade for FPS boost. The i9 CPU combined with the NVMe storage technology produces some lightning-fast load times and a lack of lag for physics in gaming. When combining these factors, I have to say I'm able to live with the situation regarding the drives, considering I barely look at the computer itself when I'm using it and staring at the screen. Was it worth the minimum 1 hour setup? Well, for my budget, I didn't mind when I got the final results, a nice gaming PC crammed into a relatively portable frame. Overall a nice PC. Just be prepared for some preparation if you plan to add anything to this PC. ... show more
