It was a pretty good upgrade from my previous pc as it came with more fans, water cooling 850w PSU and a new motherboard that had more slots for more m.2 ssd storage and of course the RTX 3090. If u have trouble activating windows on ur new pc(like I did) the key should be written on a red sticker(maybe other colors IDK) on the back or bottom of the PC. For gaming this PC is a beast although do keep in mind when playing high demanding games on high settings will heat up the PC(then again what PC doesn’t heat up when playing on high settings for long periods of time) but I’ve countered that with a portable AC that I only turned on when it gets anywhere around 70-80 degrees Celsius(cause then the room heats up and the fans start blowing hot air in the pc and hotter air out into the room) the pc still maintained great performance when it was at these temperatures considering the heat came mainly from the graphics card(not surprising). For casual playing tho or if u don’t care about playing on high settings this pc is one of the best. And of course if ur using this pc for anything that isn’t gaming or graphic designing it’s just an over glorified PC but hey u can check ur emails for years to come if ur looking for the longest lasting pc for work🤣 And yes it’s better than any MAC out there those things slow AF compared to gaming pc’s especially this one. ... show more

  • Get the bang for your buck!!!
I have to admit I was a little skeptical on making this purchase because I priced all of this equipment out myself and planned on doing my own build. It just didn't make sense that the price didn't seem to make much room for profit. As I started unboxing the item I quickly noticed that it was packaged very well and this was a well built machine. I've been running the last of us on ultra settings and this machine is a beast and handles with ease. Just an FYI I added 32mb of ram and those light up. The ones that come with the pc do not light up. ... show more

  • Quite frankly the worst SI experience and worst prebuilt I've ever purchased.
It would be enough to have a 1 star experience with a broken radiator that led to overheating, it would have been even more that I let the SI (system integrator/builder) know that the temps were far too high and I was told that this cpu ran like that. Well. It doesn't. It bent the cpu, the motherboard is trashed, and it somehow took out all of my data on my ssd as well. Upon closer inspection of the unit after the fact with simple troubleshooting, they gave me a $50 1tb drive. On a $5000 build. Granted, this was a time when PC parts were expensive, but I cannot, and will not, understate just how cheap this build is for how much they charge. The rad is 3rd party, the motherboard is barebones, the GPU is Zotac which is not a bad brand and probably the most well known (besides an intel cpu of course) but the ENTIRE build screamed generically cheap and overpriced. I originally purchased this build assuming that I would be saving money by purchasing my 3090 in a build instead of building it myself, and that was the biggest mistake. I have since contacted the SI about this, I was told that I would need to ship it via my own expense back to them - completely intact, as in they expect me to just give up the hard drive with my lost data, give up my only GPU in the mean time, etc, for months. When pressed about this, I was only told that they could charge me more for expedited shipping, and no other explanation or alternative route would be allowed. So to make this clear, this SI uses incredibly cheap, like insultingly cheap parts. There ARE 1TB NVMEs you can get for this chepa that are 'somewhat' quality these days, but this was never a quality model ssd (m371), it was budget from the get go, so was the motherboard, so was the radiator, and it's no wonder it failed. This purchase is single-handedly my most expensive and regretful purchase of my life. This SI will NOT allow you to swap out parts, if you have the most minute issue with their hardware, they will require you to bring EVERYTHING in at once at your own expense, despite clearly being an issue from their end and even being warned about said issue prior to damage. So now I have a bent cpu and a paperweight. it is one thing to have a pc just break, stuff happens, I get it. It is entirely another to have such cheap parts break, losing all of my data suddenly, have my warnings ignored, and then be told to pay more just to have parts RMA'd and go without for weeks. Stay. Away. ... show more

  • A VERY fast machine.
Super speedy. The case lights are very bright. Took me a while to figure out how to get the various light control apps to work. Probably missed in the documentation that I had to hit the LED Button on the case to let the apps take over control. Machine gets VERY loud when the fans are full bore. Very clean inside the case, but when the fans are running top speed there's a rattle that comes from one of the fans. Haven't contacted support about it yet. 1TB SSD Is a bit small for something I paid so much for, but it came with a backup 2TB HDD. Handy for shadow copies instead of incremental backups. Win11 home was disappointing, but it works fine. So far, I have no actual complaints as the machine is as fast as I thought it would be, though Star Citizen isn't quite 60fps, but that's on Star Citizen and not this machine. ... show more

  • The computer looks amazing. Just need more ssd
The media could not be loaded. The only thing for the moment I would add is storage. 1 tb ssd is not enough. I will contact the seller to see what type of ssd I can buy for this msi desktop. Very happy for the moment I will update after one week of use.

  • Hardwire Issue
I purchased this computer and while it's extremely fast, decently quiet, and very aesthetically pleasing, the ethernet port to allow me to hardwire is not working properly. It's dropping connection randomly about every 30 seconds for about 5-10 seconds at a time... The wifi works fine, but I have fiber installed and it's a 600mbps difference in speed when hardwired. I've contacted support and have been going through some troubleshooting steps but the rep said I will more than likely need to send it back which will be a huge pain and will put me out of work as I rely on this computer. I'll update this review depending on how this is resolved. ... show more

  • Amazing
All specs came in as the product was shown. No errors very simple setup and smooth gameplay. Heavy when carrying the pc to my room but a solid beast for a reasonable price. Support was amazing Chase responds instantly and he's on point with what I need to know. Fans are mainly the only issue as they are loud and sometimes can sound like a jet engine but I got head phones to block that off. ... show more
