The PC is great. I am new to PC gaming, but am pleased with how well every game I've played on XBOX Game Pass has run so far. I had a couple framerate drops playing Oblivion Remastered, but nothing extreme. I like how there wasn't any bloatware installed, the system was pretty much bare-bones with Windows 11 Pro installed. The case is beautiful. The remote to control the LEDs works great, no issues there. Mine came with a USB Bluetooth adapter too, didn't realize that was included. It works great.     • Dead On Arrival- Charged a Restocking fee!
Broken on arrival, charge a return fee. I basically spent $200 bucks to write this review. First off, it wasn't 1 TB memory, it was 2 500's. And one of them was DOA, not seated, not mounted, nada. I started to do the exchange process to fix it myself, something no one should have to do. And another thing started messing up. The USB's would quit mid session. Then the PSU would reset. After I sent this back I went to Costco and bought a similar MSI PC, no problems now. I will go through Amazon customer service now to see what happened, but this hassle blows. ... show more

    • Amazing Gaming PC! Hearing a distinct clicking sound though.
Just got this PC a few days ago and it's an absolute beast of a machine. Runs nearly any game with moderate to high graphics settings, smoothly too. Only issue I have right now with it is that it occasionally makes a soft *click* sound. I've checked all the GPU fans; they're not hitting any wires and are perfectly secure. After a bit of research some online sources say it could be the HDD making that noise. The sound only really happens when I'm loading a game or downloading something, otherwise its a lot less frequent. These online sources also say it's a huge red flag and that the HDD is doomed to fail any minute. I'm not super knowledgeable on the specifics of computer components, so I don't know if this is an exaggeration or not. Anyone else have this issue? Or does anyone know what could be causing it/should I be worried about it? Overall though I love this computer. Upgraded from a GeForce 1060 / Intel i5 7400, so this is a million times better. Beautiful RGB display as well, I love how it lights up the room at night. ... show more

I’m glad it finally came. It took quite a while it looks nice come with a cool keyboard and mouse that light up. But it did not come with an Ethernet cable or a wireless Wi-Fi card. So now I have to find that to be able to even use it with the Wi-Fi I will do another review once I am able to check it out online. ... show more

Unbelievable value. Shipped quickly. I'm so happy with this purchase. This is such a beast and and I'm so surprised to find something like this for under $3000. The RTX 3080 is a dream. I had to upgrade to an even better monitor to get the full effect. It boots in less than 10 seconds. The case and lights are beautiful. Pictures don't do it justice . Great cable management and great quality. Prefectly built and just and joy to use and game with. Only a couple of very small complaints: Only 4 UBS ports, and if you use wireless the wireless adapter that comes with it will take one of them. Just added a high quality ubs hub. No bluetooth, but added a bluetooth card in the open slot under the graphics card that I ordered on amazon for less than $20. Remote doesn't respond every time to change the lights. Sometimes have to play around with it but I'm not sure where the sensor is for it, so it might be me just pointing at the wrong place. Overall, pretty close to perfect. I'm so excited to have this and to be gaming with the best of them. ... show more
