Unlike my Ryzen HP, the AMD bios is unfriendly to dual boot requirements of Linux. To truly back up this system, you need a large ssd or hdd. I recommend you create iso of the system. The seller does not provide a product code for windows 11 as it is written into the motherboard by oem. If you have bad results working with AMD bios know to power down10 to 20 minutes then hold delete key while booting till bios window appears. Unless you are prepared with documentation, take pictures before trying to clean up cables for airflow. The power supply is 300 watts. So, you are limited in what you can add later. I added internal WIFI card. Comes with USB WIFI but was likely to not stay where you put it. There was no Bluetooth. Infinity mirror is nice touch. Recommend for all ages but adult supervision required if opening case. Seller support is stellar. If you use a hdmi splitter cable to drive two monitors the Bios will hang post or not enter bios. Some smart TV especially older ones may also hang the AMD bios. Use a true HDMI outlet not an adapter. A pc monitor is your best choice rather than a TV in PC mode. Seller and Amazon Support were awesome in their efforts to discover why the Bios was not working. Dual boot works well and the system is ready for the 14T drive ordered today. I have a new view on recycling old gear with the new gear. Modern motherboards do not fully test legacy or unusual combinations. Enjoy. ... show more

Good pc for gaming. i’ve only played fortnite with it as of now but low settings on high resolution will get you like 140fps. Comes with a pre-installed version of windows 10 but not a genuine copy, you’ll need an activation key, which you can easily get for free if you already have a pc running windows 10. Fast pc, i absolutely love the RBG. definitely worth more than the current price tag ($650). Setup was very easy. The keyboard and mouse is nice, although the wheel on the mouse is pretty rough. I would upgrade the SSD on the pc because 256 gb isn’t the best, but it can fit some games. Also i would get a dedicated GTX GPU. But really the pc itself is nice and gets the job done. It’s a little noisy, but it has like 5 fans so i would expect that. ... show more

Page states mixed information regarding the Windows 10 operating system being included. I purchased this after reading the Q&A and the PC specs, both which list the computer coming with Windows 10 Home. Check them out on the product page for yourself and you will see what I’m talking about. I reached out to customer support, they told me this was not the case and that I would have to spend another $135 for the operating system. Ultimately, just know that this isn’t an all inclusive item and that you will have to pay the cost of the pc + the additional license. Here’s the information straight from the email they sent (for those on the fence about buying): “ The version of Windows 10 you have is an unactivated version. That simply means that you can use Windows 10, but its functionality will be quite limited until you purchase a product key for Windows 10” Kinda fishy. ... show more

i love this pc, i've had it for about 2 weeks now. i do have a 1tb external hard drive attached, and i plan on eventually upgrading the graphics card. i am able to run games such as alice madness returns, minecraft, nier: automata, destiny, stardew valley, and apex with no problems. the led lights are super nice and can be dimmed/brightened via remote included, although the actual color of some light options differ greatly from the color buttons on the remote. the pc itself isn't loud by any means when running games, although i imagine you would start to notice the fans after 4 or so hours of continuously running a game. all in all i love this pc and is great for new gamers who are on a budget and/or aren't bold enough to build their own yet. ... show more

I had one issue which was the keyboard and mouse was not included even though the description said it would be. I contacted the seller, who apologized and shipped the keyboard and mouse right away.
