    • It came with wrong parts
The description says that it was supposed to come with a 3 tb hard drive and an RTX 3080 and it didn't. Instead it came with only 2 tb hard drive and a rtx 2080 instead. Very dissapointed.

    • Well built but not the best communication, along with some part discrepancies.
I sent this to a good friend of mine for christmas. The computer seems really well built, but there were a few discrepancies. 1. They said it was taking longer than expected due to waiting on a shipment of PSUs. The invoice stated it was a rosewill PSU, but it has an NZXT installed. Which I'm cool with, but again a discrepancy. It states there are (4) 16gb ram units, but there are only (2) 32gb sticks. No biggie, but again, a discrepancy. There was another delay in which they said that they didn't have the RTX 3080 on hand. They said they were waiting on a shipment. But it somehow shipped the same day I was told they didn't have them. The other thing that was rather disappointing was the use of the cheapest ADATA m.2 drive they could fine. It's leaps and bounds better than the HDD in the old computer, but the read/write on the ADATA SX6000LNP is way lower than most other m.2 drives. I'd say my biggest gripe has been the break down in communication. I was under the assumption I was buying a prebuilt PC that was "In Stock" according to the listing on Amazon. But from what I was told, they had yet to assemble the PC due to a lack of components. Luckily the PC arrived before Christmas and is running nicely so far. I'd just try to get all aspects of the company onboard with what is or isn't in stock. If the PC isn't built and ready to go, it shouldn't be advertised as "in stock". ... show more

    • Great Computer/Great buy and performance, BUT...
So if you want a gaming computer this one is the heat. The GTX 3080 video card and the 9i CPU make this buy worth it. Only had 2 problems and both of them would be with the company that made this unit. First...extra parts in the case. I found dust covers that would cover a electric lead on a wire before those covers would be removed and wire installed in the unit. Second...my rear foot peg on the case was broken. Probably during assembly of the case by the case manufacturer. So rather then risk shipping a 3500 dollar computer back though the mail...I contacted CUK. They were great. They sent a replacement foot to me...problem solved. Otherwise you will love this unit. The hardware was as advertised and I love MSI computers. CUK built the unit well.     • Incredible amount of power, speed, and memory for the money.
There's nothing about this computer that I don't love it starts up so quickly. I can have multiple windows open at one time with no lag. Photoshop, InDesign, open and render in an instant. Call of Duty plays so well. The design is really cool. I don't really get excited about LED lighting, but it is kind of fun. The keyboard was really good. Although I did replace it with a Viper keyboard. The mouse was more than adequate, but it was just a little too light for me. Otherwise I'm totally satisfied with this computer. ... show more

    • Came mostly as advertised.
This was a big upgrade from my GTX 1080, i7 rig. Although I am not a fan of prebuilds so far I love it, performance is amazing. I do have some issues with the build on a few things which is to be expected when buying a pre-built. I was expecting some sort of MSI brand RTX 3080, instead I received an alienware rtx 3080 OEM. It also came with a 240mm cooler master ML240L RGB which was a welcome surprised until I realized the radiator fins were damaged and the RGB didn't work. Again, whatever, I have a powerhouse of a PC and other than some lose screws and weird/damaged components I'm decently happy with the product. ... show more

    • Water cooling system was defective
It seems to be a great system other than the cooling system was defective. I called MSI and they had an overly complicated method of registration and wanted to require me to send it back for repair. It is 40lbs, I am a small person, and to make a long story short, I decided to let a local shop replace the water cooling system on a pc that I paid 4K for. It is disappointing. Their customer service was nice enough though, but they failed to solve my issue inevitably. My advice is inspect the unit as soon as possible, and send it back to Amazon rather than get MSI to handle it, as they prescribe. ... show more

    • Great Computer but mine has hardware issues
I bought this for school and to play games...I was super excited when I got it...Unfortunately, there is some issue with either the GPU, motherboard, or power supply...I can get no assistance from the merchant and MSI said I could send it back but I'd be without a computer for a month or more...being a student this is not acceptable...I don't want a refund, I just want a new one...If there were no issues I'd give the computer 5 stars...coming in at $4K with tax, you expect it to work properly, or if it doesn't for customer service to be right on it...I've opened a dispute with Visa since I've not heard back from the merchant...sad, not a great way to do business... ... show more
