I bought this toaster oven to replace my last one (same brand different model) that kept turning itself on without being asked to. I love this model! It has a lovely little ding when itโ€™s done and it evenly toasts, warms, and cooks to my heartโ€™s delight! When my last one of this model died it had lasted for 5 years.     • Buyers should check for dents or other imperfections as soon as this product is unpacked.
I bought this for my daughter. It had a dent in the front of it and had to be returned for another. I did take out the service plan on it. The debt apparently occurred in the factory as the oven was carefully packed for shipping.

    • Great price for convection oven! Knobs could be better.
If you know how to operate a convection oven, then this Cuisinart low-rent version is a great buy. Knobs instead of digital and the print on the knobs so small that it's difficult to see whether you are selecting convection, regular oven (pizza), broil, etc. Also the temp knob doesn't seems loose--"Did I just set it on 300 or 350?" But it's easy to clean. Easy on the eye and easy on the wallet. ... show more

    • Temperature setting does not work/update
Just received this the other day. I have the temperature setting at 500 degrees for the past half hour and it's only at 355 degrees. I called customer service and they are so nice and sending a replacement. I hope the replacement works. Definitely not satisfied with this product as of right now. Hopefully just this oven was broken and it's not a problem with all of them. Update on replacement oven: Much better. Though it takes a long time to preheat (like 10 minutes), it did get to the proper temp. Very happy about that. I would like for it to preheat faster though. The temp knob on this oven is also very loose like the last one. ... show more

This does exactly what I wanted it to do. I wanted to be able to see my items that were toasting, I wanted to be able to bake small items without heating up the house by using the entire oven. The timer knob is a little difficult to see, so I think I will get a riser to set it on, and I can put my specific baking pans underneath. It's about 16 ยฝ inches wide on my counter and 12 inches deep. I can fit in an 8x8 glass baking dish, or an 11" pizza stone. ... show more
