  • Great Pans But They Don't Come With A Lid
Style: 10 and 12-inch Skillet Set
These are really nice-looking pans that feel extremely sturdy and strong. I've only used them once so far, but the non-stick feature works really well and from what I can tell, the heat is distributed very nicely for an even cook across the entire surface. The one downside to these pans is that they DO NOT come with lids/covers. I went back and looked at the description, and the covers aren't there or in the pictures, so I can't very well take away a star since it was my own stupid fault for not realizing it. That being said, I do feel like lids should come standard with any pans like this, so I wanted to be sure to mention it to any potential buyers. I wouldn't buy them again for this reason alone. Other than that, I'm very happy with the pans. ... show more

  • Great quality cookware from Cuisinart.
Style: 5-Piece Set
Just got these Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Cookware. They are beautiful stainless steel outer while the cooking area has this non stick surface. I was worried because of the non stick surface but found that it cooks eggs perfectly which is always a good test. Do not over heat the pan because it transfers heat very quickly. Have not had any issues with sticking anything I have made. These are very nice cookware for those who like quality products. I have had my original Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans for over 20 years and they still look like new. Wanted to try out the new technology and was not disappointed. ... show more

  • Great skillets
Style: 10 and 12-inch Skillet Set
These are wonderful ! Season them first as directed, then very easy to clean. They heat quickly and hold the heat a long time. Follow the directions and they will serve you well! Haven’t had anything stick yet. They are a high quality stainless steel clad and have some weight to them, so not likely to warp. ... show more

  • Quality in addition to ceramic/stainless steel, no aluminum.
Style: 5-Piece Set
Great quality pans. Fried eggs, however, tend to stick to to pan even with oil or butter. This was disappointing. Otherwise we really like them.

  • Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Cookware, 10.25-Inch Deep Fry Pan with Lid
Style: 10.25-inch Deep Fry
Cuisinart FusionPlus Nonstick Stainless Steel Cookware, 10.25-Inch Deep Fry Pan with glass lid is just the ticket to use as a smallish wok or pan for sauce covered dishes due to it's depth. It is fairly heavy resulting in good browning of meats and is induction cooktop compatible. It has a hexware-like surface that makes it nonstick. It is supposedly dishwasher safe but I have simply washed it in the sink and it washes quickly and easily. For many decades the majority of my cookware has been enamel-coated cast iron or regular cast iron and I have loved them for their browning/braising/roasting characteristics. But I have reached a stage in my life where I'm not cooking for a crowd and I have diminished strength in my hands and wrists. This very versatile, lighter weight but heavy duty piece of cookware for smaller to medium sized dishes is perfect for my current needs. This wok/skillet/sauce pan is very durable and I anticipate it being extremely useful. for many years. You can't beat the price for this very versatile piece of cookware for smaller to medium sized dishes. Very happy with my purchase. ... show more

  • Use a tiny bit of oil and you'll be fine.
Style: 8 and 10-inch Skillet Set
OK, we all know exactly what pan these are competing against, at a much lower price point. Will ANY non stick pan compensate for lack of technique? No. And these won't either. If your expectation is to crack an egg into a dry pan and expect non stick, go buy high end straight teflon and accept that that kind of performance is temporary. These pans have performed exactly as i expected and I am not disappointed. Little bit of oil or even a light spray from your favorite cooking spray and eggs slide right out. Using an infrared thermomoter (don't judge, I'm an engineer, we are like that), I didn't find any hot/cold spots. Heated evenly. The only complaint, and this is nit picking, if you are accustomed to given the pan a toss to flip an egg for over easy, there is just something about the sides that make that maneuver slightly more difficult. Had to work with it a bit before I could get it to work out for me. I think it is due to the sides being somewhat straighter and higher than I am used to. No big deal, I've adapted. So, in short, use a bit of oil and you'll love these pans. If you happen to already have Cuisinart pots, the lids happen to fit. Pleasantly surprised on that one. ... show more

  • It is not nonstick …..
Style: 10-inch Skillet
The media could not be loaded. It’s not nonstick. One of the reviewers said if you season it properly it’s good, but I don’t see any directions for seasoning. These are hashbrowns in the video. Butter and I threw olive oil in it, trying to keep it from sticking. They still stuck. Pancakes, stick and burn. I usually cook on medium, so I turned it down. So the last time I cooked on medium the food stuck and I turn off the burner and I sat down and I hear this pop and I look in this pan. I think it was cooling down and it hit a certain point and it popped. Because there is aluminum on the inside of it. I never saw a pan do that before. And it cost me a lot of money, but I used it so I can’t return it. No, I don’t like it at all. guessing maybe to make things that are cooked in liquid liquids will be OK. So I have to find another pan. Spend more money. ... show more

  • Great product!
Style: 8 and 10-inch Skillet Set
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these pans! I have mainly Calphalon skillets and saucepans, although I’m tired of the finish on the outside getting dull and some of the non stick inside isn’t looking great, many years of use. I have a Cuisnart saucepan and love it, so figured I would try these. Eventually probably over time going to switch all, stainless steel is so much easier to keep clean and shiny. Great price for the set of two, well worth the purchase! ... show more
