I love Cuisinart products and they are typically my go-to. However, I've had a bad experience with this one. I bought this knife set while I was moving to a new place and therefore didn't end up opening it until after the amazon return deadline. When I opened it I saw that one of the knife slots was defective, causing one of the knives to stick out at a different angle than the rest. I contacted support to see if they could just replace the knife block, and they told me they couldn't help me on the phone but to email support instead. (wtf?) I did that, and it's been months with no reply. Sucks that I just paid for this nice knife set and am stuck with a defective one now. ... show more
