I ordered 2 of these and 1 is perfect. It worked great as expected and I would recommend the product based on that experience. However, the second pan had a defect in the latch and would not open correctly. I had to bend the latch to get my tiny cake out, destroying the pan in the process. So one great, one trash. Can’t find another place to make this comment. The product seems fine but the delivery person never even rang the bell. And I was home with the main door open. I didn’t know until later when I checked my email. Not pleased.

I made 4 cheesecakes for holiday gifts. 3 of the pans were bought as a set and had bumpy texture bottom. Cakes were easy to remove and put in gift boxes. But this pan (by Cuisinart) would not budge. Very disappointed.
