    • Terribly uncomfortable seat
Bought to replace an older Toto bidet. Was happy to save $300. However, this is the most uncomfortable seat I’ve used. I’m skinny, the seat opening is wide and hurts my hips when I sit on it. The mounting points are all plastic and I don’t see this lasting longer than a few years. With that said, it does its job and cleans up well. Had this installed for a few weeks now, and wow.... should've gotten one sooner! My wife loves it too. Very well made, tons of options, and feels great (and cleaner). Keep in mind that you need an outlet next to your toilet which is not common, so you may need to run it or hire an electrician to run it for you. You also need a GFCI outlet so it is properly protected next to a potential water source. Installation was pretty straight forward and everything you need is included in the kit. I had no problem installing it myself, no need for a plumber. Took about an hour or so (not counting the time to install the outlet). This bidet is well made and seems to have all the features that one may need. Granted, this is the first one we experienced... but I can't imaging anything else that you may need in a bidet. It works very well and pleasant to use (once you get used to it). Priced very well for all the features you are getting and construction seems to be solid. ... show more

This bidet is the gadget I was thinking about for years. I was seeing some ads about similar products, especially in Japan and Dubai luxury hotels. Really it helped me to make going to the rest room a great relaxing experience. It’s very easy to connect and start using quickly. No special tools needed. After installation, you may adjust everything, including temperature, pressure, and nozzle length. Everything works fine and smooth. Drying function makes the need for toilet paper obsolete. The only minor issue, is the size. It doesn’t fit every rest room. Hopefully they have more sizes for the different bidet sizes. I would keep this review updated with any issues in the future. Really requires you to have an oblong toilet and not a round one, but you can make it work just fine. Super easy to install. The worst bit is loosening an old water line connector, but that's not the bidet's fault. Works well, and is surprisingly pleasant. (My first bidet experience). Sometimes getting it going feels slower than I think it should be, but be patient and you're going to have a good time. ... show more

My wife loves this. She and her GFs are over the top about the heated seat. Took awhile to get it installed, had to have an outlet (GFI) installed behind the toilet. But now my wife is totally happy with this clever unit. Lots of options, from how warm you want the seat or how warm the washing water, the water pressure level and where the nozzle placement should be.
