I bought this in March, I waited to see if the bidet works for me and my family. It actually is, the bidet is very well constructed and well made too. Before buying this, I compared it with other brands. As I expected cuckoo is not letting me down, I have been using their air purifiers and an induction heat rice cooker. This bidet, the air purifiers and the rice cooker that i have truly deliver the quality as they promised. The installation process is fast and easy, thanks to the person who answered my phone. I was calling to ask how the warranty process would be like but not only i was explained about the warranty but the person also let me know about a bilt app where I can find the instalation bidet video. I used the app that is called Bilt, when you searched cuckoo, the bidet installation video will pop-up. The video is in English and offering step by step installation. It took me about 30 minutes to install it. Thank you Cuckoo for never letting me down.

This bidet is pretty nice but I will say make sure you do your measurements because this seat may not work for all toilets. That being said, I usually wanted one after visiting japan because it does feel like it makes cleaning a bit easier although it can use up a good amount of water. There is also a cool remote with this that you can use in order to control the bidet. There are controls as well on the bidet itself. In terms of installation, it is fairly easy to install but make sure you stop the flow of water from your toilet. You will need some tools and as well as access to power plug in order to power the bidet as well as connecting the water hose to the main toilet line. Do not worry about contamination or anything as this is fresh water going through the wall. It does provide you the tape you need in order to seal the pipe and prevent leeks. You can adjust accordingly and turn the water back on. The settings are very easy to use and the piece actually comes out when doing the spray so the oscillation works great. You can control if it sprays the front or back as well as the pressure. It honestly does make cleaning a bit nicer and there is also a nice drying function although it can be a bit loud. The pressure is not at any dangerous level but adjust for comfort. There is not sensor or anything so if you happen to press the button with your toilet seat up and no one on it, it will spray water all over. This will fit majority of the toilets I have seen and it is a simple add on as you do not have to replace the entire toilet. You just need to make sure you do the measurements before purchase. The attachment looks very nice and pretty fancy. It is still the same material as the toilet seat. Another thing I will say about this product is that it will not be a perfect match for your toilet color as the toilet may be a little tinted. I would also suggest cleaning the nozzle every few days as it still can actually have dirt build up or such being a moist area. Just a simple wipe down usually works. The remote control is nice. The heated seats are really nice to keep your bum toasty. I also like that you can change the water temperature. Overall I think this bidet is a nice way of making cleaning easier. It gives you a nice good cleaning whether you are a woman or a man. The controls are nice and it has a ton of good features including drying and warm water spray. It does not take long to heat the water either. The only thing I will say is do your measurements. It is definitely worth the price.

Ive had this bidet for 2 days and on the second use the nozzle stopped extending all the way. Not sure why either. I tried contacting their support but the site and number both take me to cuckoo india which doesn’t seem correct. I've tried to buy another one as I might have just been sent a defective one but it looks like this has the same issue. It worked for one day and then immediately after it had the same issue. Absolutely ridiculous

The media could not be loaded. Aloha, everyone. 🌺 This is an electric bidet by Cuckoo, or an electric toilet seat. I want to put this information here at the top of this review. There's a bilt app where I can find the instalation bidet video. I used the app that is called Bilt, when you searched cuckoo, the bidet installation video will pop-up. The video is in English and offering step by step installation. This is a very luxurious upgrade for my bathroom, I feel for this quality, this bidet is at a very good price point. Everything you need to install it comes included. I have two other bidet seats and they both have less features, and this Cuckoo bidet is way less expensive than those. When installing this, please take your time, I've learned that over the years. Now, I take my time and just stop if something isn't working out, or I'm getting stressed. I usually reread the instructions again and get something to drink. Ok, I installed this using water supply hoses that are metal braided, just my preference. It does come with a plastic line that is just fine also to install. I put down towels and cut off the water supply, then I undid the water supply line. You have to install the included tee with the thick washer on the toilet tank inlet. I then attached the water supply line to the bottom of the tee. Next, I connected the supply line to the middle part of the tee. Ok, now I moved into installing the seat bracket, after removing the old toilet seat. I have an older toilet so the long rubber washer/nut parts wouldn't go in, I just turned them upside down and continued. The seat bracket is put on next with the rectangle plastic parts installed crossways. I made sure the bracket said this side to the back, that's the side that should be facing upwards. I then installed the seat bracket and then the retangular plastic pieces. The Phillips screws I put into the plastic rectangle/porcelain holes and then into the rubber washer/nut from underneath the porcelain hole. I then screwed the Phillips screws into the rubber washer nut, just snug tight. This is what holds the toilet seat bracket on. I next installed the toilet seat it should lock onto the groves on the bracket. This takes a few tries so be patient, it took me three times, lol, and I've done this before. Ok, now I hooked up the seat water supply line and plugged the seat into the 110v outlet. Lastly, I turned the water back on and checked the connections. If there's a leak I just tighten the connectors, you don't want to overdo tightening these connectors. I then installed the included batteries into the remote control and tried it out. The bidet will not work unless there's pressure on the seat like when your sitting on it. Whew! 😅 I took lots of breaks believe me, my bad back/knees didn't help any. Lol. But I got er done. Yay! It's still great and going strong without any problems at all. I now know that each cleaning cycle you pick will run for about two minutes and then stop all by itself. Of course there's always that stop button that you can press at anytime, or just get off the seat, that'll also discontinue the cycle. The dryer works well, very well. It does get really warm so I have mine set on medium. I have the seat temp on low because that gets really warm too, besides it's a tropical climate here. I have the water temperature on medium also because that's just comfortable for me. All in all, this is a really good bidet and it's working great. Ok, well that's my update.
