I bought this desk to be a painting/ crafting desk. The hutch is perfect for me to put my paints on, I plan on having paint stands printed soon for the shelves. I have used this desk to paint 3D prints, to work on cosplays, etc.. its absolutely perfect for what I needed it for and the price was awesome! Assembly was easy, I believe I had it together in a little over an hour doing it myself.

UPDATE: Seller worked with me on the below issue and updating rating. They were prompt in responding and I am satisfied with the resolution. I ordered this desk, and I am currently unable to complete the assembly. The instructions call for three "o" bars, but instead i received three bars labelled "i" that are too short. In addition to the three "i" bars, there were two u brackets also labelled "i" as well that seem to be correct later in the instructions. It looks like the needed "o" bars were swapped out with the wrong "i" bars. I have contacted cubicubi for support and will update the review based on their response.

The first step is to put the two main top pieces together, but they go together with little wooden pegs and will not stay until you get the framing on. That said, it does come together pretty easily, took me about two hours by myself. Sits at a very comfortable height (for me, 5'6) and helped clean up my work space considerably. They did include a few magnets for the mesh backing, but the space between the crosses is _much_ smaller than shown on the picture. I think I will have to search pretty hard to find hooks that will fit and be sturdy enough to actually hang things from.

This was easy to put together in an hour. Looks great in my office, and is very sturdy! My only issue was I could not modify the shelf more, and I could not switch the sides of where the shelf was (but that's a design flaw, not a product flaw). Overall this desk is great!

Came with everything it needed to be assembled. In great condition, it was easy to put together, and has so much extra space. Easily my favorite L-shaped desk, and I've bought a couple different ones in the past. The extra hutch gives a lot more options for display/decoration, and overall it's just a great desk to get a lot of work done with multiple screens. Highly recommended!

I bought this and my initial reaction was the fact that it was just very heavy. I recommend to have someone help you move this, (especially if your room is not in the first floor of where you live). Putting it together took only a few hours but do not loose the Allen wrench, unless you have another one!! The one I had gotten has the metal underneath the shelves. I should have gotten the taller one, but oh well. The metal doesn’t help with much. Everything was clear and it looks great overall! High quality for the price.

It is a great desk. I only wish it was reversible so it could be assembled with the shelf on the other side of the desk, but it's fine the way it is.
