have about 300 miles on mine, zero issues. Easy install. Can actually use a regular torque socket to put them on unlike those Chinese one which requires a special socket. Add great stabilty to my xDS X3.

My friends kept telling me not to place spacers on a performance vehicle that will undergo rough conditions. Then I also have those riders out there saying to place spacers because they will make the ride look cool and won't take away any noticeable driving difference. After spending a lot of time thinking about the right thing to do, flashy look without a heavy price tag won out. I ordered them when they went off sale, because of course they went up in price. Also bought them before Black Friday sales, because I was going on a nice trip for black Friday to the Pismo Oceana Dunes. I just installed the spacers on my Canam Maverick X3 MAX DS Turbo and was ready to hit the dunes with a bit more space without going for a full conversion (which is very pricey and can be labor intensive). A bunch of vehicles were going to take an easy lap with kids, and I thought that a nice leisurely drive would be perfect for testing out the new width and ride of the vehicle. The spacers had been torqued at 85lbs per bolt and off we went. Did a few ruts, sand bowels and then while going straight I see my wheel rolling in front of me and luckily my car landed somewhat softly in the sand with my front left suspension buried in sand. The wheel had come right off the spacers and damaged the rim. The front-end suspension took the crash like a champ but 4 bolts gone to the sand and rim holes slightly enlarged, which means I need at new rim and nee the tir mounted and swapped $$$. There are enough stories in the comments to tell you that the set up might look good parked but some off roading will delete the use of the spacer and could cause great harm. Had I been sideways at speed in a bowl, my car would've flipped, and I could've hurt myself and others. I got lucky that I was able to limp back to camp with no injuries and fixable damage (maybe a racks worth) to my CANAM. SKIP to here for my recommendation. Do not buy spacers for your CANAM to go off roading!!! The spacers bolts to put on were thin walled, Milwaukee sockets were too big but craftsman socket set was ok. DO NOT BUY THESE or any similar product. BUYER BEWARE. My crash was a walk away "crash" and I had a lot of help to get me out of the dunes. Had I been alone, or a night ride or in the desert on a long ride, at speed... Could've been a fatal part to add on. Seriously, it is not a good look when your wheel is rolling in front of you. ... show more
