very soft and smooth sound. not as loud as id like it to go but plenty loud for my wifes liking. easy to install, the low profile makes for a nice door speaker and they produce a very clear sound. best speaker you can get for a cheap price.

Superb tweeters without breaking the bank. These silk dome tweeters lift the high end where stock ones don't cut it. Sure they're Chinese cookie cutter tweets that 6+ companies use. Doesn't matter, whoever engineered them knew what they were doing. Very comparable to the Skar, Nemesis, SkyHigh, etc, etc, that all look like this. I can say, I haven't had any trouble with 2 sets from CT, where as some other brands died rather quickly. Needless to say out of all the clones/ones from the same build house; these are my go to now. Mounted in door sails near front window defrost vents on 2011 f150.. used 1.75 hole saw drill bit and did one or two passes with a dremel .. drill from the inside of the door panel that way you can make sure you dont cut into a bad spot ! . could have used a hand file to open the hole just enough for tweeter to fit thru but the dremel make quick work . not much extra needed to get fitment. cut some of the extra wire not needed and zip tied the rest along existing cable in the door. they sound fantastic! ... show more
