When the ice maker in my frig quit, I looked at getting one of these. A friend has one, not this brand, he is quite satisfied. After reading multiple reviews on the various brands, most of the negative reviews centered around two issues. It quit working after a few months and the ice wouldn't last in the drinks. I'm pretty satisfied so far. The small cubes are really small so I switched to the larger size. I empty the tray into the ice bag that came with the machine and store them in the freezer. It's quick to make ice but the ice tray is a little small so you will have to empty it often. Time will tell if it does its job over a period of time.

First, I want to say that I really like this little ice maker and I am hoping to keep it but as I made the first big batch of ice, I noticed a couple little green drips coming from the prongs where the ice forms. I really could not see any color in the ice itself but they dropped from the prongs. Therefore, I’m afraid to use the ice. I’m hoping to hear from Amazon. It is sold by CRZOE Ice Machines thru Amazon. I called the number on the instruction book but they said call Amazon or the seller. SO!

Originally received a damaged product that did not work but that was likely the shipper’s fault. I contacted the seller, and they replaced my original unit with a new one, no questions asked. The new unit works perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend.

I just purchased this ice maker, and received it today. So far, so good. I do suggest using distilled or purified water with it though. I have hard water, and they can get clogged and get calcium build up if you’re using filtered water that’s hard. Be sure it’s soft filtered you’re using or bottled.
