A friend suggested I try this product for pain relief since she has had excellent results with it. I have been using it for over a year and have been very satisfied with the COLD versionl I did try the "hot" version , but was not satisfied with it. It did not apply well - bottle had to be shaken hard to make it apply at all. Has the highest amount of menthol I've found. That definitely makes a difference. Use it every night before bed. Also - honestly - I use it to cool off. In a major hot flash, roll this on my back and on the back of my neck, and sit in front of a fan. It works :)

This is the only topical pain reliever that has ever worked for me. The smell dissipates quickly and others don't notice it. It provides a lasting calming to muscle aches, and is particularly good for me when I have a headache originating in the occupational area /neck/traps.

This was recommended years ago by my massage therapist. I like the roll-on vs. the spray. It works better than any other muscle pain reliever I've ever used and I've tried many over the years. My home is never without one or two and I always take one with me when traveling. Just make sure you let it dry before putting anything (clothes) over it. It works for several hours. You can feel the burning sensation that let's you know you've hit the spot.
