This product needs no former Basket Ball Super Duper Super Star (Great Guy but terrible actor!-LOL) to promote it's efficacy. When my arthritis in the neck and or back is being extra cranky I put the patch on before going to bed. This not only helps manage the pain at bedtime for better sleep but also reduces the stiffness I sometimes experience when I wake up. The patches stick so well I forget I have them on the next morning...even after showering they're sometimes stuck on. So I would recommend Tiger Balm Patches over the other brands who have high profile and high salaried Celebrities on their payroll...because even though we all share similar pain problems, you and I can't afford to have a professional masseuse visit to our mansion before applying an OTC product for "Back Pain?...Try .....". ... show more

    • This patch works for me!
I use these daily to relieve chronic neck arthritis pain that causes headaches. For me, it works as well as a compounded prescription pain cream containing lidocaine, menthol and capsaicin, but is MUCH cheaper and less messy. I did find that the patch does not stick well over even very fine hair, so I shave the area on the back of my neck where I am going to place the patch. Once I did that, I had no problems with it sticking; stays on all day. You can cut these for the size you need. Skin MUST be dry. I literally use this every single day to avoid taking oral pain meds. At the price it's definitely worth a try. There are many different types of pain and management is different for everyone, you have to find what works for YOU. For me, the combo of menthol and capsaicin works best for my type of dull, aching pain. Neither ingredient works as well by itself as they do together, for me. I've been thru professional medical pain treatment for this neck pain; injections, radio frequency ablation and finally topical compounded prescriptions.     • Works better than other patches
I have CRPS (COMPLEX REGIONAL PAIN SYNDROME) after 3 surgeries to my left foot. I have had all treatments done that can be done, besides having a pain pump installed that would send pain medication straight to my spine. These patches are the only thing that I can put on my foot that give me some relief. Make sure that you buy the patches and not the tiger balm. The patches have menthol, lidocaine, and capsaicin in them and the tiger balm does not contain all three of those, so it did not work for me. The downside is that these are expensive, $1 or more per patch, depending on where you buy them from. Sometimes they adhere really well to my foot, and sometimes I have to add extra tape to the edges because they start to lift up. They do have a strong menthol smell as well, but I don't mind that as long as they give me at least a little bit of pain relief. ... show more

    • They stop your pain.
They are a fine product. The only thing is their stickability. They fall off fast. (I have oily skin maybe that could be it and I sweat.)

Great patches. Very thick gel on these patches. Only ones I’ve used that have such thick gel. Soothing and provides pain relief as claimed. I recommend .

This is a waste of money. It will not stay on. I even tried to bandage it on and it came off.

    • Love these, easy on and easy off, hours of relief to tense shoulders (helps prevent tension migraines)
Why I bought this product: I use tiger balm cream all the time for my tense neck and shoulders. I wanted something that I could apply quickly and would hopefully provide more relief to one spot. I also like not having to put the cream on my hands when I cannot wash it off after. What I really like: This helps to pin point one pain spot. I like to put a patch on my shoulder/neck when working to provide some release in the tension. These are truly amazing and do work. They are very sticky and stay on for a long time although it is not recommended to leave on all day. They come off easily as well, just peel up without any pain from pulling off skin. What I really do not like: All 5 patches came in one pouch. I wish they were individually wrapped to keep them in my purse or drawer at work. Packaging: My item was shipped right away, and I received prompt notification. I received it on time and it came as expected. It's sticky and the bigger patches can be a bit tricky to unfold and apply, but it's a helpful product.
