I generally wake up in the morning with a sore back. Once I put this cream on my back, I don't have any problems for the rest of the day. I need to get a new mattress! I love this cream though. The smell is pleasant and I don't even notice after a few minutes.

Update: I received a very quick response from customer service. They weren't sure why the product had gone bad, but gave me several options to deal with my issue, including a refund without returning the product. I picked that option because it was quick and easy. Glad that I can keep using this product because I can have confidence that they stand behind it if there is a quality issue. I've used this product for two or three years. Always satisfied until now. I just got a new 8oz tub and something is seriously wrong with it. It smells terrible!! My wife couldn't get the stink off of her hands. It is sticky, amost pills up on my fingers as I try to rub it into my hands or my neck. It is gross. I've reached out to the company as Amazon is not allowing me to return it (read the fine print folks). I'll report back if they do the right thing. But if they don't go back to however they were making this, or fix the production problem or whatever the issue was, I won't be able to spend another dime on this product. ... show more
