I’ve tried countless inserts but have never found any that are comfortable and don’t wear quickly until I tried these. I wear work boots all day as a building inspector. I have a great pair of boots that I’ve had for years but was regrettably needing to replace them. Decided to just swap out the inserts, and got these….. so happy I did. My feet are so happy and I don’t need new boots! These inserts were better than the super expensive SmartFeet that I had previously. Recommend!!!

I have purchased Cruvheal inserts in the past and I they were very comfortable. But I decided to try these since I am standing on concrete for 8-10 hours a day at work. When I received these I was a bit skeptical because of the raised dimples that cover over half of the footer. It turns out that I was correct, the raised dimples were torture on my feet, and my socks. I tried these for one week of work, thinking that I just needed to get used to them. But after a week of wearing these, my feet were worse off than before. And it felt like my socks were sliding inside my work boots. I should note that I am 5' 8" and 155 lbs. I will continue to purchase Cruvheal brand inserts, just stick to my other ones.

These are by far the worst inserts I've ever put in my shoes. They are so bad that I actually took them out and put the original ones back in. I'm on my feet all day I can do heavy highway construction and these things are the absolute worst. I do not recommend mass-produced overpriced Chinese junk

I average 12k steps 12hr days on concrete with the Texas heat wearing out my boots and insoles. I wear thru insoles due to sciatica and other back issues. Most insoles last about 3 months before I have to switch them. As soon as I slipped these in I felt an immediate difference compared to other insoles. My pain is not gone, but it’s eased up. They’ve taken a bit longer to wear even after 4 months they still give support. The pair I use for casual shoes and boots don’t have a dent in them. I’m purchasing my 2nd set now.

I'm an old tradeswoman who works on wood floors, ladders and runs up and down stairs all day. I was having a lot of pain in the balls of my feet and these supports have helped. Good shock absorption. I wore them doing yard work for a few hours before wearing them to work. Definitely the right plan.
