Kay Med Solutions has great customer service! When I ordered this kit, I wasn't sure when it would arrive so I called them and they called the shipping location and got back w/ me right away with a shipping expectation date, and voila, was received exactly as promised. The medical kit itself is amazing! Came very well packaged and I was quite surprised how compact everything was in the well-made red case. It really has a lot in it, everything from OTC pills to basic medical supplies needed for minor situations. Everything is well-labeled (what the pills are for), and where things are packed into the bag. There's even a front pocket you can put your own medical things in, like my PRID and antibiotics. This kit can also become a home or car medical kit after using it on a voyage. For a little over $50, this is much cheaper than buying separate things and making your own portable medical kit. Did that in the past and it was bulky, as OTC pills come in small bottles instead of individual paper packets and the other medical items included are expensive separately. Absolutely worth it for anyone who travels or just wants a decent compact medical kit at home/car.

First of all, this kit is great! It has literally everything you might need for minor medical issues while traveling, and it’s so organized! While still being super compact! But, the customer service is also great! I was afraid this wouldn’t come in time for my cruise, because it said it would be delayed. The seller made sure I did get it in time. Very cool! Thank you!

Purchased to use on up-coming cruise. The items, while off brand names, are very well organized and an enclosed itemized card is very useful. Has everything you could think would be needed. I did supplement with some of my favorite brands. The only thing that I found confusing was that some of the items were tucked away into a pocket behind the labeled items. Thought I was missing a few things but once I figured it out everything was accounted for. This case is just the right size to fit into a beach bag or carryon. Really happy with the purchase!

Our trip was great in no small part due to this product! Whether it was my wife's sea sickness, a need for some quick electrolytes, a headache or a few cuts and scrapes we got after a fall on the pier—this cruise pack had us covered! Just what we needed!

Most of medications expire within several months. If your cruise is more than 6 months out do not order too soon. There is a site to contact if meds expire close to cruise date. So I will be trying that
