Before the end of year ram shortage, this kit of ram was an easy recommendation from me. At under $90, it offered good speeds, latency, and all around performance. I had purchased the 6400 kit and after my 9800X3D was having issues with it, lowered the speed to 6000 and used tighter timings which was ultimately faster. Overall a good kit of memory but for the current prices of over $300 that’s a tough call to make. ... show more

Well you won't get the bump in FPS that RGB provides, but it is still a perfectly adequate kit. I ran it at 6000M/T and adjusted the timing as per the EXPO profile. So far no issue. Runs great with my Ryzen system at 1:1 with the memory controller.

I purchased this 32GB (2x16GB, 6400 MT/s) Crucial Pro DDR5 RAM kit, and I must say that I am very satisfied. The modules look to be of excellent quality, and installation was very easy. After several months of intensive use, I can confirm that they work wonderfully: PC performance has improved significantly, multitasking is much smoother, and I haven't had a single compatibility or stability issue. I don't have much extra money to spend on computer upgrades but finally made the leap from AMD AM4 to AM5. My focus was on performance vs cost and this was the best I could find at the time (10/25/2025 @ $130). I've matured passed my phase of 'everything has to have RGB' so I'm content that this is just plain looking memory that has a great clocking speed. I was very happy with my purchase at the time, and absolutely THRILLED that I purchased it when I did, because prices have skyrocketed to around $400 at the time I am writing this review. From what I understand, this is being caused by the demand of these chip manufacturers who are now focused on making chips for the massive data centers popping up across the US and other countries. I have no idea when or if the prices will drop down to more reasonable prices but even at these higher prices, this RAM is still competitive compared to other brands. ... show more
