I now have 2 canopies from Crown Shades. They are both very nice, and I like the way the canopies pop up with the push of one "button" in the center of the canopy. I also like the center vents which help the canopies stay grounded in the wind. This canopy, however, is so much better than the original canopy I ordered! The fabric is much thicker, the legs are larger, and the vent has a feature that helps it stay open. This canopy is definitely worth the difference in price between this version and the older version.

I purchased this product to use at swap meets to sell my craft. I'd never had an easy up before, and was a bit afraid that it would be tough for me to set up by myself. (60 yr old, 94lb woman!) I was also worried that for the price, it might not be the greatest quality. I couldnt have been more impressed and pleased! Not only is it very easy to set up, but the quality is sturdy, well constructed and broke down and put into the travel case that is really nice too. Very happy with my purchase, would highly recommend to anyone!

I love these tents this is my third one I've got three different colors but this one is a little disappointing most of them have velcro straps that attach themselves to all the framing this one does not it only has a little bit of Velcro on the top on all four corners holding the canopy on I'm concerned that since I can't really blow the canopy off but maybe not? All of my other two tents that I've purchased have about five or six tiny velcro straps that mount to all of the mechanisms I give structure to the roof I hope this will not become a problem considering it's brand new and there are two different ways you can use the anchor you can either tie a rope to the 10th and anchor into the dirt using the Rope on All 4 corners or another easy way the wind isn't too bad you can stick the metal anchors right through the holes on each slide but unfortunately mine after one use plastic leg is cracked on one of them so easily done I almost feel like the plastic has some type of defect should not have cracked that easy so I'm very disappointed I paid extra money and this is my third one and I haven't had any of these issues with my first two tents my first to the bags are fine the velcro straps are still on the canopy and the feet are not damaged in soccer practices I literally pop it up and put it down twice on Friday and twice on Saturday and now I bring all three to not only set up for me and my family but for the team itself :-) once you get it you'll find so many reasons to use it for and other people will also sometimes even when I'm doing construction outside I bring my tent and set my tile saw up underneath it or even my miter saw and cut would sometimes even painting your totally worth it

I got mine secondhand. Despite of that, it was great. We had some serious strong winds a couple of times, but because there is ventilation openings at the top, the canopy was immovable. I have to say the strongest reason why this tent didn't topple over is because I put 40-50lb weights on all four corners. Without the weights, three of the 4 legs are slightly crooked. Maybe that was why it was returned. With the weights, the legs were straightened and the tent looked impregnable. The canopy itself was good and sturdy. It didn't get tear or even fluttered in the wind despite of strong gales. But yes, you definitely need weights to hold down the tent.

Was looking for a canopy that would stand up to sun and heavy rain... AND I FOUND IT! No pooling at all during a heavy downpour and almost no seepage through the material. The structural design is a vast improvement over all other brands and is a breeze to put up and take down. FYI, the lack of additional velcro straps to hold the top to the frame (mentioned by others) is a non-issue because the side panels of the top are a bit longer and the rigid roof plus velcro on all corners holds the fabric tightly without any straps. We could not be happier with our purchase and highly recommend Crown Shades canopies!

After comparing numerous canopies, I selected this one with the reflective coating as it seemed to be the easiest to set up while still being very durable and at a good price point. Practice setup was fairly easy due to instructions on the carrying case. I'm a senior & found a bit of strength is needed to haul the canopy & to set the center in place. Younger people should find it a breeze. Took me a bit to get the center set the first time but once I figured out how to hold the frame while pushing up so I didn't dance the canopy around, it was easy. Started to rain during practice setup & I was able to take it down very quickly. Took the canopy to an event yesterday where there was a mixture of modern & period canopies (Amazon won't let me add photos, for unknown reasons). It was a very windy day & many canopies blew down. Mine stayed up, though I did have to pound the stakes back down once. Tip: put the guide rope stake at an angle. People were amazed at how fast I set up the canopy & how quickly it packed up. I foresee this canopy getting a lot of use as it's quick & easy to set up & pack up. Just need to practice folding the canvass so it's easier to fit in the carrying bag.

I received this canopy in a short time frame. Thank you. It did not have the velcro straps to help hold the canopy top to the support frames ;- ( I contacted you & you agreed to send another, if I returned first one. Much to my surprise, returning home from sending 1st one back, found replacement on stoop. Thank you. BUT Alas! the 2nd one does not have velcro straps either ; - ( Evidently, none of them come with these straps. If this is indeed true, you need to update the product description to remove all references to velcro. I am going to keep this canopy but am disappointed in fact actual product is not what was advertised. ; - ( I would like a partial credit back to my credit card. I give you 3 stars.
