The vanity was well packed... very well packed in fact. I thought the outer box was over-kill and made the package a little difficult to carry and open for me. It came in a box within a box to ensure safe transport and it arrived with no dents or scratches, so it worked. The instructions were easy and clear to follow and the set up time was less than 1/2 hr even though I was still recovering from surgery on my right hand. So anyone can install this little puppy. While it is not solid wood completely, it does have a nice look and sturdy feel to it and if not over-used/abused, I think you can make it last for a while. I only had a small space of about 30 inches to work with and it fit perfectly. If I had a larger space, I would have purchased a bigger and perhaps more expensive unit, but for now, this one will do. It's adorable, affordable, it will serve its purpose plus I can easily detach the cushion, (which is held on with screws), and re-upholster it with my favorite matching fabric using a staple gun if I want to. Not a bad deal for the price! I wouldn't recommend it for a teenager though as many will over use it and it may not last as long as you'd like it to.

I was looking for a small vanity- this is perfect and everything I wanted. The dimensions are completely accurate and it was very easy to assemble, though I didn't do it myself. (It was a birthday present- I didn't even know it had arrived yet, but had been gone less than 20 minutes and when I came back it was assembled in my room.) I keep it in the far corner of my room, angled between a shelf and window and it doesn't look cluttered at all. The stool easily fits completely under the table so that it's out of the way if need be. The position in my room near the window is perfect so that I can have natural light while doing my hair and makeup. When I'm using hot tools on my hair, I use a heat-proof pad that came with one of my straighteners as not to damage the table. As far as functionality, it's great. The mirror is small, but still big enough that I can see my whole head down to the end of my very long hair, which is great so I can see everything while curling/straightening. The table is small, but large enough to fit a small shelf-like plastic makeup storer for my most-used products and two very full 3-cup brush holders. The drawer is a little smaller than I expected, but I don't mind. It easily fits extra mascaras and eyeliners as well as 4 or 5 stacked palettes. It's easy to clean and is absolutely perfect for me. Overall- PROS: -Small, but not too small -Durable -Easy assembly -Easy cleaning -Chic and sleek, great and simple but not plain or boring -Seat is soft and comfortable CONS: -None so far!

It’s the perfect size. The drawer has a slide so it won’t fall on top of your knees as you’re sitting in the chair. I noticed if you put your organizers caddy-corner it gives you more room. The table-top is about the size of a standard dresser. It’s very sturdy, and the mirror quality is bar-none. It came with no scratches or dents & all of it’s parts. *You will need a Philips head screwdriver though* the top scratches easily too so I’d suggest a protective liner or even a placemat. The mirror tips smoothly and isn’t crooked, and mine sits tight if the screws are tightened. There are no loose or wobbley parts to this vanity. I’m 5’1 & 120lbs. but there’s plenty of room for a taller person. I’d imagine this would fit someone up to 5’11 comfortably. I love it, it’s small and simple but that’s just what I needed. It’s also an inch deeper & an inch wider than most of the similar vanities I saw on Amazon (I compared measurements). I shopped around for about a week. It took about 20 minutes to assemble. The espresso finish is lighter in some areas. It’s not perfectly uniform & solid but it makes the finish look more realistic, I like it. It’s definitely worth the money. I paid 30$ just for our crappy wire dvd stand so, ya know, it’s worth the price. Also, the bottom of the table legs has small holes to insert rubber floor protectors/anti- scratch nubs. It was packaged extremely well and arrived virtually unscathed. UPDATE: CHECK YOUR STOOL REGULARLY! Mine became wobbly after maybe, 15 light uses. We’re going to recover and apply heavy duty glue to the joints to reinforce them. The screws come loose w/ regular use. So please be careful and give it a little wobble with your hands now & then.

I was really happy with my vanity, it came in perfect condition in two days! I just moved into my new house and I thought it was about time I got myself a vanity, an inexpensive one at that. It only took me 35-40 minutes to put it together the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. It's not to small but not to big either Fits perfectly in the corner. I read many different reviews about it not being stable and that it wasn't going to "last long" but I totally disagree. This vanity is very stable if you put it together correctly and tighten the bolts. All of the bad reviews on this vanity were because either their package wasn't handle carefully, and or they didn't tighten their screws as tight as it could've been, resulting in it being a bit wobbly. But overall this vanity is amazing. A few tips -count all of the small items that are given to make sure you have ALL of them before you begin building it. Organizing them on the floor really helped me locate them faster. -there are a few screws that are required to be tighten with a flat head or you can substitute with a pair of scissors or a coin (dime) -DONT tighten the screws too much because it will probably crack the wood. That's about it, I hope you really consider purchasing this vanity it's great (: P.s I'm using my BF's account for the prime so ignore the name lol
