Description

Remodeling a bathroom can be an expensive undertaking, but savvy homeowners know that a few little changes go a long way toward improving a space. Replacing a dated, worn medicine cabinet is one of those touches. Clean lines and lots of mirror space improve any décor, which is why the Lydia mirrored wall cabinet is so popular. A large glass mirror is ideally complimented by a "just right" border of genuine wood, capped nicely by modern flared molding. Inside, you will find plenty of storage space for those little personal items that often clutter that precious real estate round the sink.

    • Looks great, easy to install
This vanity looks great and was easy to install. It has 4 shelves and seems to be well constructed.

    • Quality cabinet. Biggest downside is how shallow the shelves are.
Seems well built. Arrives almost fully assembled. Just place the shelves and that's it. The big negative is that the shelf depth could be a lot better. Cabinet has potential for more depth but the back panel is slid into slots of the side panels instead of nailed to back, and so this design is what loses a lot of depth, despite the actual external dimensions suggesting normal shelf depth. We bought two of these to be placed side by side. Wanted the doors to open opposing but the product is not fabricated for the door to be reversible out of box. That wasn't a tough problem to solve and only required measuring and drilling new door hinge screw spots on opposite sidewall of one cabinet. Easy fix. Product is not 100% real wood. Certain parts such as door and shelves among others are, but some of the frame appears to be a fiberboard or MDF, or similar. We repainted ours a pure white color because the original color is more of a cream. ... show more

    • Perfect style & easy to install.
I love the style of this cabinet . It matched the other mirror I already had for another wall . This was to replace the plain mirror the builder put in. So it very easy to install . Less than 10mins.

    • Quality Control Missed A Few

Good style. Packaged good, quality good, but one shelf arrived with a crushed end, a defect in the left side wood on front of one and a back corner dented. Liked the product, and dont believe these defects happened in shipping, so that means their quality control packaged and shipped them with these defects. Would not have bought them off a shelf like this, but too much trouble to return. Will try to make repairs myself. ... show more

I ordered this 1.16.19 & it was delivered 1.19.19, so I was happy with that! It came without any issues with the packaging. My mirror did have 2 small flaws which I tried to show on the photos (1 is teeny tiny, but I tried to use a red circle around it in the photo to show its location), but they aren't glaringly noticeable, so "whatever." I've put together RTA furniture before, though this was pre-assembled, other than the shelves. The instructions were easy for me (50 yr old female) to follow & I quickly hung this myself. My only issue with installation is that it tells you to drill 11/32" holes if installing using drywall anchors, however, the drywall anchors provided are too small for that size hole & they will fall into the wall -- which my 1st one did! So do NOT use a 11/32" drill bit (go smaller) if you are using the drywall anchors they provide!!! Since my hole was already drilled, I had to use some other drywall anchors I already owned. It looks good on the wall. The door doesn't close 100% flush with the cabinet itself, but mine is only a few inches from a wall on the right side, so again, I'm okay with it. It comes with 3 shelves, but I only used 2 of the 3 shelves it came with. Things to consider: It's a small cabinet to start with, but it holds a bit less than it could because of the shelf brackets it comes with. The metal brackets not only support the shelf from below, but are also on the top of the shelf. That results in ½" of unusable shelf space on each side of the shelf, because nothing sits flat on these brackets. I may end up buying some that just support the shelves from the bottom, so I can claim back the extra 1" on each shelf. There are 5 sets of pre-drilled holes for the shelves. They are 2½" apart, which is a pretty wide gap, if you ask me. (photo of this shown as well) I'd rather them be closer to 1½" apart & with more sets of these pre-drilled holes for more options. The other 3 pictures I included were of the inside measurements. The shelves themselves have only a 2½" depth, 16½" length & the inside measures 25¼" in height. ... show more

    • Not normally a reviewer...
I rarely review products and I usually delete review requests. Had to for this product. I bought it to replace a cabinet from the really big box store whose colors are similar to a certain country's flag. The price was just slightly more, but the quality was far better, and it came mostly assembled. Pleasantly surprised, good product. ... show more
