I ordered this 1.16.19 & it was delivered 1.19.19, so I was happy with that! It came without any issues with the packaging. My mirror did have 2 small flaws which I tried to show on the photos (1 is teeny tiny, but I tried to use a red circle around it in the photo to show its location), but they aren't glaringly noticeable, so "whatever." I've put together RTA furniture before, though this was pre-assembled, other than the shelves. The instructions were easy for me (50 yr old female) to follow & I quickly hung this myself. My only issue with installation is that it tells you to drill 11/32" holes if installing using drywall anchors, however, the drywall anchors provided are too small for that size hole & they will fall into the wall -- which my 1st one did! So do NOT use a 11/32" drill bit (go smaller) if you are using the drywall anchors they provide!!! Since my hole was already drilled, I had to use some other drywall anchors I already owned. It looks good on the wall. The door doesn't close 100% flush with the cabinet itself, but mine is only a few inches from a wall on the right side, so again, I'm okay with it. It comes with 3 shelves, but I only used 2 of the 3 shelves it came with. Things to consider: It's a small cabinet to start with, but it holds a bit less than it could because of the shelf brackets it comes with. The metal brackets not only support the shelf from below, but are also on the top of the shelf. That results in ½" of unusable shelf space on each side of the shelf, because nothing sits flat on these brackets. I may end up buying some that just support the shelves from the bottom, so I can claim back the extra 1" on each shelf. There are 5 sets of pre-drilled holes for the shelves. They are 2½" apart, which is a pretty wide gap, if you ask me. (photo of this shown as well) I'd rather them be closer to 1½" apart & with more sets of these pre-drilled holes for more options. The other 3 pictures I included were of the inside measurements. The shelves themselves have only a 2½" depth, 16½" length & the inside measures 25¼" in height. ... show more

This product is substandard. The description says "Solid hardwood and veneer". I couldn't find anywhere it said it's made of MDF which is a fancy way of saying CARDBOARD. The door seems to be made of wood but the body/carcass is MDF. Medium Density Fiberboard aka Heavy Cardboard. I am a master carpenter and I know MDF when I see it. The reason I bought this to begin with was the fact that they said it was Solid wood. It's not. Not only that but the wall anchors are complete garbage. I had to use my own anchors after theirs wouldn't tighten up. They just spun around in the wall. The door isn't reversible either so I had to drill the other side to remount the door so it would open to the right. That's when it became clear that it is made of MDF/ hard paper. Now that I have drilled it and mounted it I doubt if they would take it back and even if they did I would be left with anchors in the wall. DONT BUY THIS CABINET IF YOU WANT REAL WOOD!! IT IS NOT MADE OF REAL WOOD!! ... show more

    • Found touch-up paint to correct imperfections

I bought two of these cabinets and am happy overall with their sturdiness, ease of installation, and function. Both of my cabinets arrived well-packed but they had several minor nicks and dings in the paint, which appears to be a common complaint. I contacted the company for help and they sent me a touch-up pen, which didn't really work well because the paint color was too yellow, even after shaking the pen for several minutes to mix the paint. I was able to better match the paint color myself using color samples, and bought an 8 oz. sample for approximately $5.00 at Home Depot which looks much better than the company's touch-up paint. Use Behr Marquee Swiss Coffee Semi Gloss for touch-ups and don't bother with the company's touch-up pen. ... show more

If I could leave in zero stars, I definitely would. The dimensions of this product is completely misleading and incorrect. The dimensions of this is said to be “19.2 W, 5.2 D, 28 H.” But in reality, the depth of this is 3”. This was a waste of time and I am highly disappointed. This item is solid wood/ no particle board. It is sturdy, heavy, and looks royal. It comes assembled, in a well packed, insulated with lots of foam packaging. It's beautiful simply taking it out of the box. I purchased two, one for my wife's sink, and one for mine. Mounting them was fast and easy. Even the shelving is a solid wood piece. After completing the installation, our bathroom immediately had more character, and felt more exquisite. Good style. Packaged good, quality good, but one shelf arrived with a crushed end, a defect in the left side wood on front of one and a back corner dented. Liked the product, and dont believe these defects happened in shipping, so that means their quality control packaged and shipped them with these defects. Would not have bought them off a shelf like this, but too much trouble to return. Will try to make repairs myself. ... show more

for an inexpensive cabinet, this is fine. My son in law put it together for me without any problem. It is quite stable, and the drawers open and close fairly smoothly. The one thing i dont like is that this is NOT a true white color. More of an off white, maybe eggshell white. Just enought off that it doesnt match the true white vanity in my bathroom. I may end up painting it, but wish I didnt have to! ... show more
